AN URGENT APPEAL TO THE GOVERNMENT OF MYANMAR TO END THE ANARCHY IN ARAKAN
A Test of Genuineness in Democratic Reforms in Myanmar
On behalf of the Rohingya community worldwide, the Arakan Rohingya Union calls on the Government of Myanmar to move swiftly to bring the anarchy in Arakan State to an end, and let the justice to prevail in Maungdaw, Buthidaung, Rathedaung, Sittwe, Kyauktaw, and many other cities in Northern Arakan.
The Government of Myanmar must fully cooperate with the international community in accordance with the international law, and jointly launch an immediate investigation to the indiscriminate shootings at unarmed Rohingya civilians by Lon Htein (paramilitary security forces) and police forces. Cooperation with transparency by the Government of Myanmar will be a test of genuineness of the current democratic reforms encompassing the respects for humanity in Myanmar.
The government must give the international media and humanitarian organizations access to the Northern Arakan to provide food and shelter to prevent starvation and disease outbreak in current monsoon season. Currently there are dire needs of food, water, and medicine.
The government must quickly move to return all the bodies of the Rohingya victims who were killed by the Lon Htein and police forces. The government must return the bodies Rohingya victims to lay to rest according to their religious customs. Bodies of all the victims that were collected and hauled away by the Lon Htein and police forces immediately after the shooting by them, must be returned to their families.
The government must provide complete protection of the Rohingya residences from the Rakhine incendiaries.
The government must move swiftly to start rebuilding all the properties that were burned down or destroyed during the riots. Failing to protect Rohingya victims, the government is liable for all the losses, and must provide financial and material supports to the victims.
The government must stop the Rakhine mobs, guarded by the Lon Htein and police forces, from looting the Rohingya shops and properties.
The Rohingya community also calls on the Burmese media in Myanmar and the Burmese language programs in the international media to strictly adhere to their own Codes of Ethnics and serve as the shields to protect lives and the platforms to facilitate bringing justice and peace to Arakan that guarantees safety and security for all people of Arakan.

Subject: Urgent Appeal to End the Humanitarian crisis in Arakan State.
We, the Burmese Rohingya Communities in difference countries, People’s Empowerment Foundation and Human Right NGOs in Thailand would like to express our deep and great concern over the ongoing grave situation in Arakan causing great consideration to the people. We are sending our great urgent request to you to immediately intervene and protect million Rohingya people of Arakan from planned way genocide.
The quick deterioration of the situation since the end of last week, after a hideous crime against a young lady turned into racial turmoil with the targeting of Muslims by a mob in Taungup, and later with the targeting of Rohingya villagers by racist Rakhine and government forces in Maungdaw Township. It spread all townships in Arakan state. The situation is more violent, the victim is more women, children and elder. Around 800-1000 people are disappeared. We cannot estimate the number of death yet . High numbers are injuring. We are out of true information what is happening inside after imposing the emergency act 144 by military( Martial law). Some contacts phoned told us that para military and racist Rakhine are burning the people houses and shot the people when they come out. Some Rohingyas are burning alive. Rohingya youth are running to hide in the forest. Some are crossing to Bangladesh. All death and wounded bodies are taken away by the government forces.
News comes out from personal talk of military officer and media that government plan to kill and clean all muslin from Arakan state. The information confirms all UN tangencies and NGO left from Arakan State. If there is no intervention in a few days, all of muslim in Arakan will disappear from this world. Killing and burning the houses is still going on every day and night. The situation is going worse and worse. There is no way to stay silent and to watch the people dying.
1. We urged the immediate action to stop this serious genocide, ethnic cleaning by sending UN peace keeping force to Arakan to protect innocent people.
2. We urge UN to send UN mission to control the serious situation in Arakan State and save the remaining Rohingyas as quickly as possible.
3. It is very serious and grave situation and urgent need for international intervention to save the people life.
4. We called International media to monitor closely on the serious situation in Arakan.
5. We urge International Humanitarian group to step up its presence in Arakan State to support humanitarian work
6. We want to hear the explanation of the real situation in Arakan State from the Burma regime.
7. We also demand that the UN constitutes an independent and impartial inquiry commission on investigate the crime against Humanity and bring the culprits to justics.

Thein Sein declares state of emergency after sectarian violence between Buddhists and Muslims on Sunday kills several people

Sectarian violence could put Burma's transition to democracy at risk, President Thein Sein has warned as the government declared a state of emergency in the country's west after clashes between Buddhists and Muslims left at least eight people dead and 17 wounded.
Earlier on Sunday, authorities imposed a dawn-to-dusk curfew on four towns in Arakan state, where tensions have been steadily growing since the killing of 10 Muslims aboard a bus in early June.
In a televised addressed, Thein Sein said the violence had been fanned by hatred and the desire for revenge. "If we put racial and religious issues at the forefront, if we put the never-ending hatred, desire for revenge and anarchic actions at the forefront, and if we continue to retaliate and terrorise and kill each other, there's a danger that [the troubles] could multiply and move beyond Arakan," the president said.
"If this happens, the general public should be aware that the country's stability and peace, democratisation process and development, which are only in transition right now, could be severely affected and much would be lost."
The announcement marked the first time since he took office last year that the president has imposed a state of emergency, which effectively allows the military to take over administrative functions. The order will "remain until further notice", he said.
A 12-year-old girl identified as Razen Bibi became the eighth person to die in the unrest after reportedly being shot on Sunday by riot police outside her home in the town of Maungdaw. Foreigners are barred from entering Maungdaw, but local staff working undercover for the Arakan Project, an international NGO that monitors the situation in Burma's westernmost state, said they saw the body being taken away by police.
Opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi, who is due to visit the UK later this month, appealed for calm amid the rioting. It is not yet clear if the state of emergency will affect her decision to travel, but the violence threatens to take the shine off her tour, which is being billed as a potent signal of progress in her country.
The unrest appears to have its roots in the 3 June incident in which a group of Muslim pilgrims were beaten to death by Buddhists from Arakan, allegedly in response to the gang rape and murder of a 26-year-old woman by three Muslim men in late May. The three accused had already been arrested, and are awaiting trial.
Ethno-religious tension is not new in Arakan, which sits on the border with Bangladesh and has the country's highest concentration of Muslims. But the current violence is the worst seen in over a decade, and state media warned of anarchy unless the situation is brought under control. Maung Zarni, a visiting fellow at the London School of Economics, said the situation was all the more tragic considering both sides of the conflict have experienced persecution by the Burmese authorities. He added that the nominally civilian government could well benefit from the unrest, given that it diverts attention from the military's continued attacks on other ethnic groups.
In a statement, Christian Solidarity Worldwide deplored the "rising racism [and] intolerance" in Burma, which it says "follows a steady increase in racist propaganda against Muslims generally". Several Facebook groups have been set up since the 3 June lynching, including one called "Kalar Beheading Gang". Kalar is a pejorative slur popularly employed by Burmese to refer to Muslims of south Asian descent.
The CSW statement singled out the Rohingya, a Muslim minority group denied citizenship by the government, as subject to particularly inhumane treatment. Up to 300,000 Rohingya have fled to Bangladesh to escape state-sanctioned abuse and discrimination by Arakanese locals. They are the only ethnic group in Burma subjected to a two child policy and severe travel limitations, while Rohingya babies born out of wedlock are placed on blacklists that deny them entry to school and forbid marriage.
Chris Lewa, who runs The Arakan Project, told the Guardian that contrary to media reports claiming calm has been restored to the western state, the situation was getting "worse and worse", particularly in Maungdaw where hundreds of additional soldiers have been deployed. Several quarters in Sittwe, the state capital, have been set ablaze and Lewa said that with an equal ratio of Muslims to Buddhists in Sittwe, turmoil there could dramatically escalate.
Various overseas Rohingya groups have blamed Arakanese locals for the deaths over the weekend, although Lewa said that it was largely troops who had been attacking Muslims. That was echoed by Tun Khin, head of the Burma Rohingya Organisation UK, who said that the Friday unrest was triggered by security forces firing at a crowd leaving a prayer ceremony for the 10 people killed on 3 June, killing two.
The flames of animosity have been fanned even by prominent members of Burma's pro-democracy movement. Ko Ko Gyi, a former political prisoner and leader of the 1988 student uprising, earlier this week referred to the Rohingya as terrorists, adding: "We want to say clearly that Rohingya are not one of the Myanmar [Burma] ethnic nationalities."
Benedict Rogers, East Asia team leader at CSW, told the Guardian: "The exact history of the Rohingya can be discussed and debated among scholars in a civilised way, but no one can dispute that they have lived in Burma for generations, and as such should be recognised as citizens of the country."
Concerns have extended to the potential for the rioting to destabilise Burma's fragile reform process. The military-drafted constitution allows for the army chief to retake power in a national emergency, but remains vague on what exactly that constitutes.

Briefing on the Situation in Arakan
8th June 2012 (Friday)
After Friday congregation, at about 2 pm. while a group of Muslims were trying to join a payer at Kayandan Islamic propagation centre (Tabligh Centre) for those 10 Muslims who were murdered by Rakhine extremists at Taunggup on 3 June 2011, the security forces tried to stop them and then started firing at the crowd killing at least two people and injuring many others.
At 2:30 p.m. two young Rohingyas who were returning home after Friday prayer from Maungdaw Central Mosque were seriously beaten by police. One of them whose hand was broken was released after sometime while the other who received head injury was still in police custody. His condition is still unknown.
9th June 2012 (Saturday)
Armed security forces with Rakhine extremist equipped with lethal arms were roaming Maungdaw towns and surrounding villages. This morning 4 Rohingyas were carried away from Fayazi village of Maungdaw. Their whereabouts is known.
According to a report, “Nasaka security forces and police are the killers. The Rakhine extremists joined them and reining hell on Rohingya. Because of the curfew no one dares to go out, and at the absence of witness Rakhine extremists set fire on houses, village after village. If anyone comes out from the fire, he/she gets a bullet or two or more. No witness, no proof. Natala villagers and Rakhine extremists have been supplied guns as well, but no one may prove it. In the mean time, racist monks are busy with media supplying fabricated news. These tragic events have been well planned in advance.”
At midnight (8/6/12) the Hlun Htein forces from Ngakura village accompanied by the extremists from the Rakhine village of San Oo Rwa (Hatipra) attacked the Rohingya villagers of the same village killing one person injuring 3 others. The dead body was carried away by the killers.
Last night groups of armed forces with Buddhist Rakhine extremists went to the Rohingya villages. They opened fire to the Muslim houses. When the inmates left their homes the Rakhine extremists set on fire. Many houses in several villagers have been reported burnt into ashes. Many people were killed and several others injured. The villages of Hatalia, Sommonia, Razarbil, Kayandan and San Oo are among those which were attacked.
Since yesterday the Buddhist monks and Rakhine extremists escorted by security forces were announcing ‘War on Kalas, (war on Rohingyas) along the street of Maungdaw. This message was spread like a wild fire all over Maungdaw and Buthidaung townships.
Many security forces dressed in civil clothes but with arms are firing the Rohingyas.
An estimated 100 Rohingyas were killed. As dead bodies were not handed over to the relatives or villagers. Exact number of death could not be confirmed. Some estimate that the number of death could exceed 200 Rohingyas.
Hundreds of injured Rohingyas are lack of treatment. Thousands of people were deprived of food and water as Police, military, and Hlon Htin block them.
At about 12: 25 P.M. Deputy Home Minister accompanied by U Aung Zaw Win (USDP- MP) arrived at Maungdaw. They are reportedly discussing with local leaders on the situation. The details of the discussion are still not known.
10th June (Sunday )
00.30am-Tensions increased in Arakan according to some sources.
00:35am - Buthidaung Township (16 mile from Maungdaw) : Half an hour ago two boatloads of Rakhine were brought in to the town of Buthidaung from other places under the programme of the authorities.
01:-00 am- In Sittwe, Rakhine in Islamic attire wearing caps were seen roaming in the streets of Akyab trying to pretend Muslims. The following racist Medias are engaged in anti-Rohingya propaganda.
01:30 am - The Akyab Airport Mosque is being burnt .It has been reported that the riot have been supervised by Aung Myat Kyaw an MP at State Parliament. It is reported that the house of one Mohammed Hussein was killed and his house was burnt down. For this destruction, Aung Myat Kyaw is using Aung Tun Sein (Olympic group) and Pho Sein(Danyawadi group) .Another source reported that a mosque in Magyi Myaing Village (1mile from Sittwe Airport) at quarter8 was also destroyed.
Nur Begum from Myi Gyi Myaing village Sittwe was chopped and packed in a Jute bag at Mayu Road. The dead body was said to have been hidden by the police.
03:00 am- Some Rohingya youths were carried away by NaSaKa Border Security Forces. The number of youths was unknown. At least 70 Rohingyas were killed from Myothugyi village (Kaindapara) alone. A total of about 300 Rohingyas were believed to have been killed in the Maungdaw township. It is very hard to ascertain the exact figures as the dead bodies have not been handed over to their relatives or villagers yet.
4:00am- Harzamya village from Sittwe was burnt- 13 Rohingyas were shot dead by Police and Paramilitary Forces. 4 injured. Reliable sources said dead bodies were collected and buried.
9:00am- Government ordered to leave all the NGOs from Northern Arakan State (confirmed).
09:15 am- Police Officer Than Htin killed innocent one Rohingya girl (Ramzaan- 12yrs ) Rohingya boy (Name –Abdu Rahaman-10yrs ) and her brother injured. Dead body was taken by Paramilitary Forces.
09:30am- Bu May village (Wayalis) ,Sittwe Township is burning till now.

17:00- Someone told me from Maungdaw We would like to appeal international community to provide humanitarian assistance to Rohingyas as many Rohingyas are direly in need of food besides full security which can be given by International Community.
17:45- Many dead bodies (Estimated about 20-25 ) were seen in Pai Thay Ywa Village (0.5 mile to Sittwe Market) while people jumped to the sea when Rakhine were killing with co operation of Police.
17:55 -There are about 3 trucks of dead bodies were carried to Maungdaw Quarter to bury in Buddhist Cemetery. 3 trucks were fully escorted.
18:20- There are a few hundreds of Rakhine with knives at the mountain of Southside of Maungdaw .Our sources said that Rakhine prepared to kill many Rohingyas tonight with the help of Police and Military. It is estimated about 300 killed only in Maungdaw Township.

At present, many villagers become homeless and are staying in the open sky. They do not get any supporting from the concerned authorities. About 1000 houses were burnt down to the ashes.
Besides, Shafi Khan Mosque which is situated near the gate of Akyab airport was also burnt down by the racist Rakhines, Pakeseik Mosque and some other 6 Mosques.
Some villages have been identified as---Rohingya Para, Zala Para (village), Gumay Para, Naya para, wireless para, Paluktown para and Deram para were burnt down.More than ten thousands Rakhine participated to arson of the Rohingya villages in Akyab.
The Rohingya villagers are in panic-stricken without any help from any quarter and survival of the villagers is at stake.

ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ အစိုးရလက္ထက္မွာ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုခြင့္၊ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ဖြဲ႔စည္းခြင့္၊ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ကိုးကြယ္ ယံုၾကည္ခြင့္ အစရွိတဲ့ နိုင္ငံသားမ်ားရဲ႕ မူလအခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံု အေျခခံဥပေဒနဲ႔အညီခံစားရရွိနိုင္ၾကေစရန္အတြက္ဥပေဒ၊နည္းဥပေဒေတြကို ျပင္ဆင္ ျဖည့္စြက္အသစ္ျပ ဌာန္းျပီး အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးလ်က္ ရွိပါတယ္။ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားရဲ႕ အခက္အခဲမ်ား၊ ျပႆနာမ်ား၊လိုလားခ်က္မ်ားကိုအသင့္ျမတ္ဆံုးနဲ႔အတတ္နိုင္ဆံုးျဖစ္ေအာင္ ေျဖရွင္းေဆာင္ ရြက္ေပးဖို့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ အစိုးရမွာ အျပည့္အဝ တာဝန္ရွိတယ္လို့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ ခံယူထားပါတယ္။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ အစိုးရအေနနဲ့လည္း ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္း မတည္ျငိမ္မႈ၊ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈမ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားလာတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ကစျပီး ျဖစ္ပြားေသာ ေနရာမ်ားမွာ ခ်က္ခ်င္း တည္ျငိမ္ေအးခ်မ္းသြားေအာင္ ၾကိုးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အလားတူ အျခား ဆက္စပ္ ျဖစ္ပြား နိုင္ဖြယ္ရွိေသာ ေနရာမ်ားတြင္လည္း ဆက္စပ္ ျဖစ္ပြားလာျခင္း မရွိေအာင္၊ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါကလည္း ျဖစ္စတြင္ပင္ ျပီးေျပ ေအးျငိမ္းသြားေအာင္ ၾကို တင္ ျပင္ဆင္ စီမံမႈ အ တိုင္း လက္ေတြ႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ျဖစ္စစဥ္မ်ားနဲ႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈ အေျခအေန မ်ား၊ ထိခိုက္ ဆံုးရံႈးမႈ အေျခအေနမ်ားကိုလည္း မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားအား အခ်ိန္နဲ႔တစ္ေျပးညီ ခ်ျပ အသိေပး လ်က္ ရွိပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ အေနနဲ့လည္း ဒီျဖစ္စဥ္မ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားစကပင္ မိဘ ျပည္သူမ်ားထံ အေျခအေန အရပ္ရပ္ကို ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားဖို႔ စီစစဥ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း အေျခအေနအရပ္ရပ္ က်ယ္ျပန္႔လာျခင္း မရွိနိုင္ဘူးလို့ ယူဆတဲ့အတြက္ လည္းေကာင္း၊ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား စိတ္ေသာက မျဖစ္ေစလိုတဲ့အတြက္ လည္းေကာင္း ယခင္က ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာၾကားမႈ မျပဳခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
သို့ေသာ္လည္း ဇြန္လ ၉ ရက္ေန႔ ညက စစ္ေတြျမိဳ႕မွာ အၾကမ္းဖက္ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ား၊ အၾကမ္းဖက္ရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ ၾကိုးပမ္းမႈမ်ား ထပ္မံ ျဖစ္ေပၚခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ဥပေဒနဲ့အညီ ထိန္းသိမ္း ကာကြယ္မႈ မ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ ခဲ့ရ ျပန္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအေျခအေနမ်ားအရ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား ကပါ သိရွိပါဝင္ ပူးေပါင္း ေဆာင္ ရြက္ဖို့ လိုအပ္ လာျပီလို့ ယူဆတဲ့ အတြက္ ယေန့ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားကို ယခုလို ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာ ၾကားျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ အစိုးရလက္ထက္မွာ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုခြင့္၊ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ဖြဲ႔စည္းခြင့္၊ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ကိုးကြယ္ ယံုၾကည္ခြင့္ အစရွိတဲ့ နိုင္ငံသားမ်ားရဲ႕ မူလအခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို ဖြဲ႔စည္းပံု အေျခခံဥပေဒနဲ႔အညီခံစားရရွိနိုင္ၾကေစရန္အတြက္ဥပေဒ၊နည္းဥပေဒေတြကို ျပင္ဆင္ ျဖည့္စြက္အသစ္ျပ ဌာန္းျပီး အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးလ်က္ ရွိပါတယ္။ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားရဲ႕ အခက္အခဲမ်ား၊ ျပႆနာမ်ား၊လိုလားခ်က္မ်ားကိုအသင့္ျမတ္ဆံုးနဲ႔အတတ္နိုင္ဆံုးျဖစ္ေအာင္ ေျဖရွင္းေဆာင္ ရြက္ေပးဖို့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔ အစိုးရမွာ အျပည့္အဝ တာဝန္ရွိတယ္လို့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ ခံယူထားပါတယ္။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ အစိုးရအေနနဲ့လည္း ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္း မတည္ျငိမ္မႈ၊ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈမ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားလာတဲ့ အခ်ိန္ကစျပီး ျဖစ္ပြားေသာ ေနရာမ်ားမွာ ခ်က္ခ်င္း တည္ျငိမ္ေအးခ်မ္းသြားေအာင္ ၾကိုးပမ္းေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အလားတူ အျခား ဆက္စပ္ ျဖစ္ပြား နိုင္ဖြယ္ရွိေသာ ေနရာမ်ားတြင္လည္း ဆက္စပ္ ျဖစ္ပြားလာျခင္း မရွိေအာင္၊ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါကလည္း ျဖစ္စတြင္ပင္ ျပီးေျပ ေအးျငိမ္းသြားေအာင္ ၾကို တင္ ျပင္ဆင္ စီမံမႈ အ တိုင္း လက္ေတြ႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ျဖစ္စစဥ္မ်ားနဲ႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈ အေျခအေန မ်ား၊ ထိခိုက္ ဆံုးရံႈးမႈ အေျခအေနမ်ားကိုလည္း မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားအား အခ်ိန္နဲ႔တစ္ေျပးညီ ခ်ျပ အသိေပး လ်က္ ရွိပါတယ္။ ကြ်န္ေတာ့္ အေနနဲ့လည္း ဒီျဖစ္စဥ္မ်ား ျဖစ္ပြားစကပင္ မိဘ ျပည္သူမ်ားထံ အေျခအေန အရပ္ရပ္ကို ရွင္းလင္းေျပာၾကားဖို႔ စီစစဥ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း အေျခအေနအရပ္ရပ္ က်ယ္ျပန္႔လာျခင္း မရွိနိုင္ဘူးလို့ ယူဆတဲ့အတြက္ လည္းေကာင္း၊ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား စိတ္ေသာက မျဖစ္ေစလိုတဲ့အတြက္ လည္းေကာင္း ယခင္က ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာၾကားမႈ မျပဳခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
သို့ေသာ္လည္း ဇြန္လ ၉ ရက္ေန႔ ညက စစ္ေတြျမိဳ႕မွာ အၾကမ္းဖက္ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ား၊ အၾကမ္းဖက္ရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ ၾကိုးပမ္းမႈမ်ား ထပ္မံ ျဖစ္ေပၚခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ဥပေဒနဲ့အညီ ထိန္းသိမ္း ကာကြယ္မႈ မ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ ခဲ့ရ ျပန္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအေျခအေနမ်ားအရ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား ကပါ သိရွိပါဝင္ ပူးေပါင္း ေဆာင္ ရြက္ဖို့ လိုအပ္ လာျပီလို့ ယူဆတဲ့ အတြက္ ယေန့ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားကို ယခုလို ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာ ၾကားျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
မိဘျပည္သူမ်ားခင္ဗ်ား-
လက္ရွိ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ အတြင္းမွာ ျဖစ္ေပၚေနတဲ့ ျဖစ္စဥ္မ်ားဟာ ဘာသာေရးနဲ့ လူမ်ိုးေရးကို အေျခခံျပီး မေက်နပ္မႈ၊ မုန္းတီးမႈ၊ လက္စားေခ်လိုမႈေတြကို ေရွ့တန္းတင္ လံႈ့ေဆာ္ ေဆာင္ရြက္မႈမ်ားေၾကာင့္ မင္းမဲ့စရိုက္လုပ္ရပ္မ်ား က်ယ္ျပန့္ၾကီးမားလာတာ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေတြ့ရွိရပါတယ္။ ဒီလို လူမ်ိုးစြဲ၊ ဘာသာ စြဲေတြကို ေရွ့တန္းတင္ျပီး မဆံုးနိုင္တဲ့ မုန္းတီးမႈေတြ၊ လက္စားေခ်လိုမႈေတြနဲ့ မင္းမဲ့စရိုက္ေတြ ကို ေရွ့တန္းတင္လ်က္ တစ္ဖက္နဲ့ တစ္ဖက္ အျပန္အလွန္ အၾကမ္းဖက္ သတ္ျဖတ္ေနၾကမယ္ ဆိုရင္ ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္ တြင္သာမက ပိုမိုက်ယ္ျပန့္ ျဖစ္ပြားလာေစနိုင္တဲ့ အနၱရာယ္ရွိပါတယ္။ အျခားေသာ အေမွာင့္ ပေယာဂ မ်ားလည္း ပါဝင္ပူးကပ္လာနိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုသာ ျဖစ္လာခဲ့ရင္ အသြင္ကူးေျပာင္းစသာ ရွိေသးတဲ့ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို႔နိုင္ငံရဲ႕ တည္ျငိမ္ ေအးခ်မ္းေရး၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီ ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရးနဲ့ နိုင္ငံဖြံ့ျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရး အေပၚ ျပင္းျပင္းထန္ထန္ ထိခိုက္ ဆံုးရံႈးမႈ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေစနိုင္တာကို မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား အားလံုး အထူးသတိထားၾကေစခ်င္ပါတယ္။
ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ျဖစ္ခဲ့ျပီးတဲ့ ကိစၥရပ္ေတြ အေပၚမွာ ဥပေဒနဲ့ အညီ ေျဖရွင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ သြားမွာ ျဖစ္သလို ဒီလို ျဖစ္စစဥ္ ျဖစ္ရပ္မ်ိုးေတြ ေနာက္ထပ္ မျဖစ္ပြား ရေအာင္လည္း တည္ဆဲဥပေဒ စည္းမ်စဥ္း စည္းကမ္းမ်ားနဲ့ အညီ စနစ္တက် ထိန္းသိမ္း ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားပါမယ္။ ဒီျဖစ္စစဥ္မွာ နစ္နာဆံုးရံႈးခဲ့ၾကရတဲ့သူမ်ားအတြက္လည္း တရားမွ်တမႈရွိေအာင္ အေလးထား ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပး သြားမွာ ျဖစ္တဲ့အ တြက္ အားလံုးက သေဘာထားၾကီးၾကီးထားျပီး အစစအရာရာ နားလည္ေပး ၾက ဖို့ ေျပာ ၾကား လိုပါတယ္။ ဆက္လက္ျပီး ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို့ အစိုးရအေနနဲ့ တရားဥပေဒ စိုးမိုးမႈ ရရွိေအာင္ လည္း အေလးထား ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမွာ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားလိုပါတယ္။
ထို့အတူ ဘာသာေရး အဖြဲ့အစည္းမ်ားနဲ႔ ဘာသာေရး ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ နိုင္ငံေရး ပါတီမ်ား၊ လူထုလူ တန္းစား အဖြဲ့အစည္းမ်ား၊ ျမိဳ႕မိျမိဳ႕ဖ ရပ္မိရပ္ဖ ျပည္သူမ်ားနဲ့လည္း ပူးေပါင္းျပီး ေျဖရွင္းေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ ရွိပါတယ္။

တည္ျငိမ္ ေအးခ်မ္းေရး၊ တရားဥပေဒ စိုးမိုးေရးရွိဖို့ ဆိုတာဟာလည္း နိုင္ငံေတာ္အစိုးရ အေပၚမွာသာ တာဝန္ရွိတာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး၊ ျပည္သူမ်ား အပိုင္းကလည္း အသိတရားနဲ့ ယွဥ္ျပီး ဥပေဒမ်ားကို ေလးစား လိုက္နာၾကဖို့ လိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ ထို့အတူ ဘာသာေရး အဖြဲ့အစည္းမ်ား၊ ဘာသာေရး ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား၊ နိုင္ငံေရး ပါတီမ်ားနဲ့ နိုင္ငံေရး သမားမ်ား၊ လူထုလူတန္းစား အဖြဲ့အစည္း အားလံုးရဲ့ အသိတရားနဲ့ယွစဥ္ သတိတရားနဲ့ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ၾကဖို့လည္း အထူးလိုအပ္ပါတယ္လို့ ေျပာၾကား လိုပါတယ္။

ခ်စ္ခင္ေလးစားအပ္ပါေသာ မိဘျပည္သူမ်ား အားလံုး ေဘးဘယာ ေဝးကြာျပီး က်န္းမာ ခ်မ္းသာ ၾကပါ ေစေၾကာင္းနဲ့ နိုင္ငံေတာ္ အစိုးရနဲ့ လက္တြဲျပီး ေအးခ်မ္းသာယာ ေခတ္မီဖြံ့ျဖိုးတိုးတက္တဲ့ ဒီမိုကေရစီ နိုင္ငံေတာ္သစ္ ျဖစ္ထြန္း ေပၚေပါက္လာေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္နိုင္ၾကပါေစေၾကာင္း ဆုေတာင္းေမတၱာပို့သရင္း နိဂံုးခ်ဳပ္လိုက္ပါတယ္။

ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္ ျဖစ္ပြားေနေသာ အဓိကရုဏ္း ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအေပၚ သတင္းမီဒီယာမ်ား သတိ ထားေရး သား ရန္ ရန္ကုန္တုိင္းေဒသႀကီး ၀န္ႀကီး ခ်ဳပ္ ဦးျမင့္ေဆြ ျပည္တြင္း သတင္းမီဒီယာမ်ားကုိ ဇြန္လ ၁၀ ရက္ေန႔ ညေနပုိင္းတြင္ သတိေပးေျပာ ၾကားသည္။
“မီဒီယာေတြ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္နဲ႔ ပူးေပါင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ သင့္တယ္။ အခုကိစၥကေန မေမွ်ာ္မွန္းႏိုင္ တဲ့ ဆုံး႐ႈံးမႈေတြ ျဖစ္ သြားႏုိင္တယ္”ဟု ဦးျမင့္ေဆြက ဆုိသည္။
အဆုိပါ အဓိက႐ုဏ္းကိစၥရပ္္မ်ားကုိ ေဖာ္ျပရာတြင္ ျပန္ၾကားေရး၀န္ႀကီး ဌာနမွ ထုတ္ျပန္ ထားသည့္ မူ၀ါဒမ်ားကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ပါက ၀န္ႀကီးဌာနမွ အေရးယူမည့္ အပုိင္းရွိသကဲ့သုိ႔ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးပုိင္းကလည္း တည္ဆဲ ဥပေဒ ပုဒ္မ ၅၀၅ (ခ) အပါအ၀င္ ပုဒ္မ ၅ (ည) တုိ႔ျဖင့္ ဥပေဒပါ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ေငြဒဏ္မ်ား ခ်မွတ္အေရးယူသြားရန္ ရွိေၾကာင္း ၄င္းက မီဒီယာမ်ားကုိ တုိင္းေဒသႀကီး အစုိးရ အဖြဲ႕ရုံး တြင္ ေခၚယူ သတိေပးေျပာၾကားသည္။
ယင္းအျပင္ မီဒီယာမ်ားအေနႏွင့္ သတင္းႏွင့္ စာနယ္ဇင္းက်င့္၀တ္မ်ားကုိ လိုက္နာၾကရန္ လည္း ထည့္သြင္းေျပာဆုိခဲ့သည္။
ျပန္ၾကားေရး၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ဒုတိယ ညြန္ၾကားေရးမွႈးခ်ဳပ္ ဦးတင့္ေဆြကလည္း ရခုိင္ျပည္နယ္ အဓိက႐ုဏ္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ သတင္းမ်ားကုိ ေဖာ္ျပရာတြင္ စာေပစိစစ္ေရးႏွင့္ မွတ္ပုံတင္ဌာနကုိ မပ်က္မကြက္ တင္ျပရမည္ ျဖစ္ၿပီး ၄င္းတုိ႔၏ စိစစ္ျဖတ္ေတာက္မႈ အတုိင္းသာ ေဖာ္ျပရမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ယင္းသုိ႔ မလုပ္ေဆာင္ပါက ဥပေဒႏွင့္ အညီ လုပ္ေဆာင္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေျပာၾကားသည္။

ရန္ကုန္တိုင္း လႊတ္ေတာ္ အေဆာက္အဦးတြင္ ညေန ၇ နာရီက နာရီဝက္ၾကာ သတင္းစာ ရွင္းလင္းပြဲတြင္ ဦးျမင့္ေဆြ က ျပည္တြင္း/ျပည္ပ မီဒီယာ ၅၃ ခုမွ မီဒီယာသမား ၆ဝ ေက်ာ္ကို ေခၚယူ၍ နာရီဝက္ၾကာ ရွင္းလင္း ေျပာဆိုလိုက္ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။
“ကိုယ့္ဂ်ာနယ္ ေရာင္းရရင္ ၿပီးေရာပဲ။ တိုင္းျပည္ ဘာျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ လူမ်ဳိး ဘာျဖစ္ျဖစ္ဆိုၿပီး ေရးသားၾကတာေတြ ရွိေနပါတယ္။ သတင္းမွန္တယ္၊ အမွန္ကို ေရးတာပဲ ဆိုေပမယ့္ ဒါေတြဟာ တိုင္းျပည္ မၿငိမ္မသက္ ျဖစ္သြားေစႏိုင္တဲ့ အေနအထားမ်ဳိးေတြ သတိျပဳဖို႔ လိုပါတယ္။ ခုတိုင္းျပည္မွာ မၿငိမ္မသက္ ဆူပူမႈေတြ၊ ဘာသာေရး၊ လူမ်ဳိးေရး တခုနဲ႔တခု အထင္မွားမႈေတြ ဒါေတြမျဖစ္ေအာင္ ဝိုင္းထိန္းရမယ့္အစား ဒါေတြကို မီးေလာင္ရာ ေလပင့္ လုပ္ေနၾကတာ ေတြ႔ရတယ္” ဟု ဦးျမင့္ေဆြ က ေျပာသည္။
ထို႔ျပင္ ႏိုင္ငံသားတိုင္း အေနႏွင့္ အေျခခံဥပေဒပါ လြတ္လပ္စြာ ေရးသားေဖာ္ထုတ္ခြင့္ အစရွိသည့္ အခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို ရယူခံစားခြင့္ရွိေသာ္လည္း “အေျခခံဥပေဒ ပုဒ္မ ၃၅၄ မွာ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ လံုျခံဳေရး၊ တရားဥပေဒ စိုးမိုးေရး၊ ရပ္ရြာေအးခ်မ္း သာယာေရး မဆန္႔က်င္လွ်င္ ေအာက္ပါ အခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို လြတ္လပ္စြာ သံုးစြဲေဆာင္ရြက္ခြင့္ရွိသည္။ အခုဟာဆိုရင္ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလးကို ဆန္႔က်င္လာတဲ့ အေနအထား ျဖစ္ပါတယ္” ဟု ေျပာသည္။
စာနယ္ဇင္းမ်ားက ထိုသို႔ က်ဴးလြန္ေဖာက္ဖ်က္ပါက “ျပန္ၾကားေရးဝန္ၾကီးဌာနက ခ်မွတ္ထားတဲ့ မူဝါဒေတြကို က်ဴးလြန္ခ်ဳိးေဖာက္ရင္ အေရးယူသင့္တဲ့အပိုင္းေတြရွိသလို၊ က်ေနာ္တို႔ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးအပိုင္းနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္လို႔ ဒီျပ႒ာန္းခ်က္ေတြကို ခ်ဳိးေဖာက္ရင္ ဥပေဒအရ အေရးယူမွာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္” ဟု ဝန္ၾကီးခ်ဳပ္က သတိေပးသည္။
အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ေရးပိုင္းမွ အေရးယူ အျပစ္ေပးႏိုင္သည့္ ပုဒ္မတခုအျဖစ္ နာမည္ၾကီးလွေသာ ‘၁၉၅ဝ ျပည့္ႏွစ္ အေရးေပၚစီမံမႈ အက္ဥပေဒ’ ပုဒ္မ ၅ (ည)ႏွင့္ ပုဒ္မ ၅ဝ၅(ခ)တို႔ကို နမူနာထုတ္ျပ ေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။
“‘ျပည္ေထာင္စု၏ လံုျခံဳေရးကို လည္းေကာင္း၊ ၿငိမ္ဝပ္ပိျပားမႈ ျပန္လည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေရးကို လည္းေကာင္း ထိခိုက္ေစရန္ အေၾကာင္းရွိေသာ နည္းလမ္းျဖင့္ အမ်ားျပည္သူ၏ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ ျပည္သူတစု၏ ကိုယ္က်င့္တရားကိုျဖစ္ေစ၊ အျပဳအမူကိုျဖစ္ေစ ေဖာက္လွဲေဖာက္ျပန္ ျဖစ္ေစရန္ ၾကံရြယ္၍ တခုခုလုပ္လွ်င္ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ ယင္းသို႔ျဖစ္ေစရန္ အေၾကာင္းရွိေသာအမႈကို ျပဳလွ်င္ ထိုသူအား ၇ ႏွစ္အထိ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ေငြဒဏ္ကိုေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ ဒဏ္ႏွစ္ရပ္စလံုးကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း ထိုက္သင့္ေစရမည္။ အမ်ားျပည္သူတို႔အား အထိတ္တလန္႔ ျဖစ္ေစရန္ ၾကံရြယ္၍ တခုခုလုပ္လွ်င္ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ ယင္းသို႔ျဖစ္ေစရန္ အေၾကာင္းရွိေသာအမႈကို ျပဳလွ်င္’ ဒီျပစ္ဒဏ္ေတြကို ခ်မွတ္ႏိုင္တဲ့အေၾကာင္း ေရးသားေဖာ္ျပထားၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါတယ္” ဟု ဦးျမင့္ေဆြက ေထာက္ျပေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။
ပုဒ္မ ၅ဝ၅ (ခ)မွာ “ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ အစိုးရကိုျဖစ္ေစ၊ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္ၿငိမ္ဝပ္ေရးကိုျဖစ္ေစ ထိခိုက္ေသာ ျပစ္မႈကို တဦးတေယာက္ေသာသူက က်ဴးလြန္ခ်င္လာေအာင္ အမ်ားျပည္သူကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း၊ အမ်ားျပည္သူ၏ သီးျခားလူစုကို ေသာ္လည္းေကာင္း ေၾကာက္ျခင္း၊ ထိတ္လန္႔ျခင္း တခုခုျဖစ္ေစရန္ အၾကံရွိလွ်င္ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ ထိုသို႔ျဖစ္ေစတန္ရာသည့္ အေၾကာင္းရွိလွ်င္ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ (ဃ) လူအမ်ဳိးအစားအခ်င္းခ်င္းျဖစ္ေစ၊ လူမ်ဳိးစုအခ်င္းခ်င္းျဖစ္ေစ တဖက္ႏွင့္တဖက္ ျပစ္မႈက်ဴးလြန္ေအာင္ လံႈ႔ေဆာ္ရန္ အၾကံရွိလွ်င္ သို႔တည္းမဟုတ္ အဆိုပါ လံႈ႔ေဆာ္ျခင္းကို ျဖစ္ေစတန္ရာသည့္ အေၾကာင္းရွိလွ်င္ ထိုသူကို ၂ ႏွစ္အထိ ေထာင္ဒဏ္ တမ်ဳိးမ်ဳိးကို ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ေငြဒဏ္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ဒဏ္ႏွစ္ရပ္လံုးကိုျဖစ္ေစ ခ်မွတ္ရမည္” ဟု လည္း ရွင္းလင္း သတိေပးသြားသည္။
ထိုျပစ္မႈမ်ားႏွင့္ ထိုက္သင့္သူ မည္သူကိုမဆို ျခြင္းခ်က္မရွိ အေရးယူသြားမည္ဟု ဆိုသည္။
မည္သည့္ဂ်ာနယ္မ်ားဟူ၍ အမည္တပ္ ထုတ္ေဖာ္ေျပာဆိုျခင္းမျပဳေသာ္လည္း အခ်ဳိ႕ဂ်ာနယ္မ်ားတြင္ အတိတ္မွ ျဖစ္ပ်က္ခဲ့ဖူးသည့္ ပဋိပကၡမ်ားကိုပါ ခ်ိန္ကိုက္ ေဖာ္ျပလာၾကျခင္းမွာ တိုင္းျပည္အား ကတိမ္းကပါး ျဖစ္ေစရန္ ရည္ရြယ္ေနသည္ဟု ယူဆရေၾကာင္း ဦးျမင့္ေဆြက ေျပာၾကားသြားသည္။
ရခိုင္ျပည္နယ္တြင္း ေမလ ၂၈ ရက္ေန႔ ရခိုင္အမ်ဳးသမီးတဦး အဓမၼျပဳက်င့္ သတ္ျဖတ္ခံရမႈမွ စတင္၍ လူမ်ဳိးေရး၊ ဘာသာေရး အမုန္းပြားမႈမ်ား ပိုမိုတင္းမာလာရာမွ ဇြန္လ ၁ဝ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္သမၼတ က အေရးေပၚအေျခအေန ေၾကညာရသည္အထိ သည္းသန္ ျပင္းထန္လာခဲ့ရသည္။
ထိုသို႔ ျဖစ္လာရျခင္းမွာ “ဒီေန႔ ဒီမိုကေရစီႏိုင္ငံသစ္ တည္ေဆာက္ၿပီး တိုင္းျပည္ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳး တိုးတက္ေရးကို ေရွးရႈေနတဲ့ အခ်ိန္မွာ ဒါကို မလိုတဲ့ ျပည္တြင္း/ျပည္ပ ဖ်က္လိုဖ်က္ဆီး လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့လူေတြဟာ ေသြးထိုးေျမႇာက္ပင့္ၿပီးေတာ့ လူမ်ဳိး အခ်င္းခ်င္း စိတ္ဝမ္းကြဲျပားေအာင္၊ ဘာသာအခ်င္းခ်င္း စိတ္ဝမ္းကြဲျပားေအာင္၊ အယူအဆ လြဲမွားေအာင္ အမ်ားၾကီး လုပ္ေနပါတယ္” ဟု ရန္ကုန္တိုင္းဝန္ၾကီးခ်ဳပ္က စြပ္စြဲေျပာဆိုသြားသည္။
ည ၈ နာရီတြင္ သမၼတ မိန္႔ခြန္း ျမြက္ၾကားရန္ရွိသျဖင့္ ဦးျမင့္ေဆြ၏ သတင္းစာရွင္းလင္းပြဲကို အခ်ိန္တိုတြင္း အဆံုးသတ္ခဲ့ၿပီး တက္ေရာက္လာၾကေသာ သတင္းေထာက္မ်ား၏ ျပန္လွန္ေမးခြန္း ထုတ္ျခင္းမ်ား ျပဳလုပ္ခြင့္ မရရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။

Who are the Rohingyas? An Arakani xenophob named Aye Chan says they are "Bengalis" from Bangladesh, and many of his hoodlum followers even call Rohingyas the "Talibans"; some even call them as "terrorists" perhaps because most Rohingyas are Muslims and some racist people it is easy to find all Muslims as being terrorists. However, research shows that Rohingyas look like Bengalis but aren't Bengalis.
If Rohingyas are not Bengalis, who are they? Rohingyas are a mixture of people beginning from indigenous Chandra people of pre 10th century Arakan, and also Rohingyas in them had Arab and Persian traders from the 7th century settled in Arakan, and the Bengali Sultan's soldiers send to Arakan with General Sindi Khan to help restore Noromikhala in the mid-15th century, and finally they also had in their people Bengali slaves captured from lower Bengal during the 16th and early 17th century from raids by Mogh (Rakhine) pirates in the Bay. These flows of people from the north and west of Arakan are recorded in history.1 These people who looked like Indians and Bengalis were scattered all around Arakan but due to their racial differences, eventually were pushed out to the Mayu frontier in the north. "Rohingya" as an official name adapted during the 50's in the last century by its leaders to serve as a survival mechanism for its people to unitedly face the destiny of attack and expulsion by the brutal military regime and its Arakanese collaborators. However, the name "Rohingya was in use recorded by an early British historian of Burma.2
In Arakan not surprisingly, "Rakhine" is also a new name changed from the historic name "Mogh" Most of the Rohingyas look like Bengalis because Bengalis have similar historic backgrounds as the Rohingyas have from the past. The racially motivated discrimination and expulsion of the Rohingya people has been an ongoing phenomenon for years for these people. The latest large scale push was during 1942, the 1978 and 1993 and even now in a smaller scale.3
Historically speaking, Arakan was an Indian land but occupied by the racially mongoloid people during the 11th century removing the Indian Chandra dynasty. The dark skinned Rohingyas called by the Rakhines as "Kalas" are the indigenous Rohingyas. Rohingyas look like Bengalis but aren't Bengalis. Like the Rakhines (Moghs) are racially like Burmese, so racially Rohingyas are like Bengalis. This is clearly because Arakan is a racial fault line. It is for this reason that there are Rakhines, Chakmas, Thanchaingas, Moghs, who are racially mongoloid people in Bangladesh.
They are now Bangladeshi citizens. In contrast the Rohingyas in Arakan, Burma were denied of their citizenship in the 1982 constitutional reform by the racist military government of Burma. This change was done unfortunately (on record) with the help of some Arakani xenophobs like Aye Kyaw, Aye Chan and Ashin Nayaka who enjoy freedom and democracy in abroad but keep racist skeletons at home in Arakan; calling the Rohingya people as the "Influx Viruses". In this act of suffering of a people, causing genocide and crime against humanity, the xenophobes even call themselves as democrats-ofcourse, it is acceptable in Burma to the military's Burmese way to democracy. Thus Rohingya issue remains unresolved and the suffering of these racially different Burmese people living in the faultline continues.
