The Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN), which was first, established in 1967 and with the last entrant-nations: Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia in the year 1997 and then becoming a ‘TEN countries BLOCK’ is said the region of 550 million people who with different faiths and unusual values to dealing with regional and world community. 

Every country is with each policy to maintain its relations with esteemed country. None of those countries is well known among world community due to practicing the democracy and respecting the human rights of its own people rather the entire block (ASEAN) will end up to summarize the BULLIED declaration of respective chair-ship of the ASEAN tenure to favored nation’s cruelties against its minority. 

The parable is the last December 2017 declaration made by ASEAN Chair the Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte due to Rohingyas massacres & nightmares, which are well recorded via satellite imageries, hand phones videos shots by the Rohingyas runners and at last by the extraordinary efforts of two Reuter’s reporters, arrested by Myanmar authorities now. 

Daw Suu Kyi was advised by Duterte _ who is facing now the investigation by the international criminal court _ not to care the world’s criticism of Myanmar’s Military BRUTALITES on ordinary Rohingya targeted by the order of S. General Min Aung Hlaing whom the state Counsellor Daw Suu Kyi has been shielding from the world community’s harsh criticism. 

The ASEAN’s policy of non-interference in internal matter of one another nation is likened by Myanmar brutal regime after regime to stay within ASEAN community without much annoyance. 

Since 1990-2017, Myanmar has been the survival moments of succeeding regimes from the economic sanctions, imposed by the west. 

To exploit the least & endurance advantages via state to state economic institution particularly with Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, and the dynamic die-hard & Buddhist-minded nations; Laos, Cambodian and Vietnam as the same last entrants to the ASEAN business CLUB. 

Myanmar carefully maintains through the dynamic relationships with the die-hard nations to be the allies to stand by the side of Myanmar in need of help in ASEAN and UN. 

Now, Myanmar thinks the giant People Republic of CHINA, the second most world populous INDIA and the third largest economic might JAPAN, culturally dominated South Korea, and the ASEAN nations are too much enough to survive in economy rather than to have good relationship with the west, USA and others which have been advocating due to Myanmar’s in time democratization, led by Daw Suu Kyi. Those nations have been crying out to protect the minorities and demanding the international investigations into the brutal massacres on Rohingyas, and scorch-earth policy campaigns against Kachin, Karin and Shan and other people across the nation.

Rohingyas Muslims have been clogged up in their localities in Rakhine state north and central since 1990. 

All their rights, which had been rendered before 1990 have been stripped off by the military regime that commenced since 1990. 

Rohingyas have never ever shown any of their collective opposite sentiments against the government’s harsh atrocities. They have been in great patience without complaint in both Rakhine brutal authorities and military. 

Having seen all these merciless dealings on innocent Rohingyas by the world community, the innocent Rohingyas’ suffering have been dubbed as “Rohingyas are the most persecuted people in the world” by the United Nations organization. 

The ARSA attacks on so-called police out-posts in October 2016 and August 2017 are “a load of bullshit dirty policy” of the ruling government and Senior General Min Aung Hlaing to get hold of “a lame excuse” to exterminate Rohingyas completely from their localities. 

Authorities’ confiscated so-called ARSA terrorists’ weapons, which have been shown through all kinds of media -- sticks, bamboo rods, knives, short-machetes, shovels, several kinds of nylon ropes, grubbing hoes, sledgehammers, crowbar-like tool for digging and sickles -- have been either the people’s belongings as the tools for their agricultural works in paddy fields or household materials. Then again, the Myanmar authorities have intentionally arranged to brag the world to be the ARSA terrorist weapons (plaything) to attack the police-posts. 

Are the sticks, bamboo rods, knives, short-machetes, shovels, several kinds of nylon ropes, and the sickles fighting weapons to attack the government forces? What a gruesome idea of the government!

Actually, if the ARSA were the real revolutionary and strategically terror fighters, they would have been fighting with guerilla-strategy by equipping with destructive arms and ammunitions to counter attack the government forces who are being outfitted with modern armaments. 

After creating excuse of ARSA terror attack and to hide behind the crook plan of the government, which has driven nearly 700,000 Rohingyas since October 2016-17, and up to now; more than 350 villages have already been torched; many more innocent people were massacred; many girls and women were being gang-raped; invaluable Rohingyas belongings were being destroyed, looted and herded away. Yet a few people still residing in localities to be driven out within a month is a total annihilation-master plan of the military and the current democratic regime of Myanmar. 

Due to the 2012 Rakhine state unilateral violence against Rohingyas in central Rakhine and KAMAN who are recognized as indigenous one in south by Rakhine Buddhists and military combination. Myanmar authorities have not been talking about locally displaced persons in squalid camps to resettle them to their original locations and the Rakhine criminals have not been arrested to punish publicly by both U Thein Sein and Daw Suu Kyi governments. Where are mass Rakhine Buddhist instigators and those criminals who involved in torching Rohingyas and KAMAN houses, shops, and looting the properties from houses and torn the Muslims houses and shops apart by the Rakhine hooligans? 

The current Daw Suu Kyi Led government has been trembling with anger whenever the world community’s repeatedly demands to investigate the heinous criminalities against Rohingyas, saying, “The military aggression or OPERATION CLEARANCE by military forces against Rohingyas is the internal affair which is supported openly by China and secretly some ASEAN’s Myanmar darling countries”.

Although there have been multiple talks and bilateral agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh in regard swift repatriation of Rohingyas. In fact Myanmar government should make clear first the alleged massacres that have been strong evident; random merciless torching of villages all along the three townships; for gang-raped cases against the girls and women; guarantee of the rule of law in localities & citizenship settlement. 

While innocent Rohingyas who have fled from the aggressive operations of Myanmar regime in the heavy rainy season after abandoning all their belongings, to recall back them by Myanmar government again without firm commitment before the world community, this cannot be happened by the side of Rohingyas ever to believe Myanmar regime and be killed mercilessly again behind the bar. In that ground, Myanmar should grant firm pledge what all returnees want for “secure, safety and dignified,” return of them to their locations. 

Myanmar does not want the world-wide alleged accusations of genocide, be investigated, against Rohingyas in places; Tulatuli, Inn-Din (Andan), Gudar Pyin(Gudampara), Paung Daw Pyin(Fun-du-farang), and possibly many other places in Maung Daw, Buthidaung and Rathedaung townships. To where the world-unimpeded access demands have long been barred by Daw Suu Kyi, fearing the crimes committed by the government be plainly exposed to the world then come actions by the world.  

For pretension to the world, the strong barbed wire transit camps seems to be jails, which have been built for a transit camps before transferring returnees to the original villages, were occasionally happened to be shown to the world dignitaries of ASEAN & Myanmar darling nations for the acknowledgement of Myanmar’s attempts to accept Rohingyas returnees quickly. 

Myanmar Union Minister for International Cooperation U Kyaw Tin attended on the working dinner hosted by Foreign Minister of Singapore Dr. Vivian Valakrishnan on Monday (5.2.2018) and ASEAN foreign Ministers’ Retreat held on Tuesday (6.2.18) together with other ASEAN foreign Ministers. In that, Union Minister U KYAW TIN briefed the ASEAN foreign Ministers in an informal setting on the recent development in Rakhine State and Myanmar’s efforts in preparation for the return of the displaced people. In his briefing, he stressed: “the current humanitarian situation in Rakhine state was caused by brutal terrorist attacks against 30 police outposts, not by clashes between the two communities. The issue of Rakhine was not a religious one, but a political and economic issue involving illegal migration, rule of law, resources competition, and poverty. At a time when the Myanmar government has been exerting serious efforts to resolve the issue, the ARSA terrorist group has worsened the situation through provocative acts and disinformation campaign. And he emphasized the need for ASEAN darling brother nations to assist Myanmar in enhancing humanitarian assistance and in implementation of Dr.Kofi Anan commission’s recommendations in the needed areas and not to support actions that could inflame the already complex situation and further polarize the two communities.” 

Oh! Really, what a pity of Myanmar newly assigned savior Minister U Kyaw Tin for the government of Myanmar from genocidal criminality?

WELL, U Kyaw Tin may have rhetorically expressed to his ‘darling partners’ at the last ASEAN retreat in regards 30 police-outposts that may have been exactly kicked out by Myanmar’s cunning secret servants to censure on ARSA shoulder. Due to that, the world community’s continuous demand to explain more about ARSA, since then Myanmar has been shutting up but it has been finding additional faults on Rohingyas civilians in village wise.

However, U Kyaw Tin has failed to express that Myanmar military has burned 350 more villages of Rohingyas, killed many more people that are innocent, raped young Rohingyas girls and women, drove nearly 700,000 innocent People to neighboring Bangladesh. He shamelessly explained to his partners that the issue has been economic and illegal migration of Rohingyas into Rakhine state. He failed again to explain that there has not been a single illegal immigrant found who sneaked into Rakhine from Bangladesh in search of pasture escaping starvation in neighboring Bangladesh. All these cheating-fashion has been a foolish nature of Myanmar authorities to disgrace not only Bangladeshi but also Rohingyas. 

Now, simply do find the interlopers in the camps throughout the world cooperation in advance before being repatriated them into Rakhine, otherwise Rohingyas repatriates be afraid of being arrested & prosecuted under the illegal migration law of Myanmar after arriving into their locations. Such things have been happened before. If Myanmar authorities find any one of illegal as immigrant in check-balance process with cooperation of Bangladesh & world trusted body, before repatriation from Bangladesh, then neglect to accept the respective person and abandon them on shoulder of Bangladesh. It will be so clear THAN blatant cheating from time to time.

The dignitaries from all regions of the world would usually pay humanitarian & charming visits to the Rohingyas camps in Bangladesh in a manner of sympathetic attitude to fellow human beings. 

[As a matter of fact, the 2020 ASEAN superb goal to become entire ASEAN region as one family is so great ambition of the founding father of ASEAN leaders. Rohingyas are the legitimate citizens of Myanmar and so they are that of ASEAN’s too. Nevertheless, except Myanmar dignitaries who are responsible the overall social destructions of Rohingyas happened in Rakhine and her darling partner nations from Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, and the Philippines, they have never paid any humanitarians and diplomatic visits to the ROHINGYAs, ASEAN citizens’ camps in Bangladesh. WHY? This underrated terrible mindset of some ASEAN nations’ immorality has been the appalling scenario among world community. What will those nations wrongdoing on ROHINGYAs innocent?] 

Though, all the relevant people of world communities had paid visits and will be paying officials visits to the camps due to how Rohingyas be repatriated in safety, dignity and voluntarily to their locations again. What the rules, and necessary steps to be done before repatriation that shouldn’t be ensuing exodus again because of next appearing brutal oppressions again by Myanmar authorities on repatriated Rohingyas in their locations. For that grounds Myanmar high-level officials have never been in touch with Rohingyas runners (who are in Bangladesh now) the sons of Myanmar and talking for them with the world authorities to be repatriated.

While MYANMAR International Cooperation Minister U Kyaw Tin was first time in Bangladesh in October 2007 to talk with FM of Bangladesh in regard Rohingyas’ repatriation, Bangladesh Foreign Minister’s invitation, to Kyaw Tin to pay visit to Rohingyas camps, was strongly denied by Mr. Kyaw Tin. Meaning, he does not have either sympathy on Rohingyas as human being of similar to other people of the world’s dignitaries or he has been in cruel mind of similar partners of those WHO have been crushing Rohingyas. 

WHY does not Myanmar government hear and cooperate with the world community or the United Nations Security Council as being the member of the world organization to settle honestly the longstanding unsolved issue rather than wasting much of the global valuable times? For which, Myanmar’s amoral ministers, right now Minister U Kyaw Tin, “under the term of witnessing repatriation readiness” accompanying many diplomats, ambassadors, UN staffers and so on to the localities where absconded Rohingyas to be back? All their attempts have been falsehoods of Daw Suu Kyi’s filthy diversion to be instilled into the minds of her foreign partners. 

Rohingyas displaced persons who are now in Bangladesh’s many scattered refugees’ camps and remaining Rohingyas who are yet in all around localities are “the people born of the same mother”. They have been all the time constant flow of information of the update military and Rakhine armed people’ aggressions and multiple atrocities against Rohingyas of Rakhine state by one way or another. Rohingyas, yet who adhere to reside in Rakhine state, have been facing the continuous accusations of regional military authorities as being ARSA terrorists and sympathizers. They have been arrested; tortured, squeeze money whatever they have, and then they are usually ordered to disappear from their villages; or face the similar situation of “Inn Din, Tulatuli, Godar Pyin, Paung Daw Pyin”, where mass Rohingyas males were being persecuted, and entire villages were being burned down. No military authorities and Rakhine officials are standing in their ethics to maintain law and orders but as they are the devils-money-grubbing against helpless Rohingyas after designing many unfound excuses. Villagers from the localities are leaving from their villages and no one can stop them from absconding from military’s genocidal constant cleansings.

Right now, Daw Suu Kyi is running two-way policy: (1) repatriation camps built by the money of local entrepreneurs or partner nations of the world for show off acceptance of displaced Rohingyas without creating favorable conditions which can be accepted by Rohingyas returnees and which agreeable to the world community. (2) The remaining Rohingyas have been cleansed through the military operation with understanding of military to vacant the north Rakhine to hand over to the partner-nation selectively to CHINA to do corridor for Geographic strategic plan. 

Due to durable and honest solution by Myanmar government to the issue, rather than unilateral construction of transit camps, which are believed to be graveyards again for Rohingyas returnees? And a fine escape of international constant pressure without confirmation of any firm agreement, firstly Daw Suu Kyi should have discussed and accepted world opinions how to settle the standing issue in a way of perfect that be acceptable for all RATHER hearing the destructive voices of Rakhine fanatic, morally wrong monks and wicked parliamentarians, and military authorities. 

After having understood of above-mentioned criminal nature of Myanmar regime led by Daw Suu Kyi and EVEN THOUGH many earlier dignitaries of the world bodies have had expresses: “textbook examples of ethnic cleansing; hallmarks of genocide and mass people killing; and nothing more than genocidal activities” against Rohingyas have been widely, clearly known to the world people. 

THEN what are THE world powerful authorities thinking about the slaughter of mass Rohingyas human beings and destructions of their houses and other properties in many forms by the government of Myanmar without taking swift actions?

Union Minister U Thein Swe’s statement at Myanmar Parliament on (6.2.2018) in regard exclusion of Rohingyas identity in census made by the British authority in 1911, 1921, and 1931 had been incomplete-process. Because the census records of British authority of the then BURMA from time to time were shown different figures, and usually added from one-census account to another newly found indigenous identities of BURMESE people reside across the nation. Does the British deny the processes? 

While insertion of Rohingyas identity in the list of Myanmar consecutive governments’ records depended on their mindset and way of thinking alone, Rohingyas have nothing to do about the identity that did not include in their disorganized census enumerations along the history. Rohingyas, having the indigenous people like others in country, and well acceptance by senior renowned Burmese politicians. Rohingyas people have had some extent of rights conferred by the first democratic government after independence in 1948. Their existence in north Rakhine is recorded in the then encyclopedia of Burma in volume (9), page 89-90. Former Rohingya university students were honored to form student association similar to others. Tatmadaw magazines around 1960s were too much proud to unfolding the availability of Rohingyas in their north Rakhine localities as faithful to the government. A number of editorials in regard Rohingya historical backgrounds and their fine arts were allowed to be exposed in Guardian Magazines that had monthly been issued around 1960s. The state high school, middle school and even the year 2008 in distant university curriculum of higher education of Myanmar are full evident of Rohingyas’ indications to be practiced by the entire students of Myanmar.

The authoritarians were all the same Burmese and the same inheritors of Military godfather, Ne WIN. They have not had questions to bar Rohingyas from the past elections, excluding 2015. 

To stop Rohingyas from 2015 election, which lifted Daw Aung San Suu Kyi to state Counsellor of Myanmar, Rohingyas of Rakhine were excluded from voting, after disenfrenching them via the last (2010-15) parliament’s approval that chaired By Thura U Shwe Man. 

The recent Myanmar parliament’s discussion by Minister U Thein Swe due to the name Rohingyas “was never mentioned in any of the census lists, and it is not included among the list of 135 ethnic nationals” is the continuation fine artwork of Thura Shweman and vet. Aye Maung of Arakan Army supporter who, was in the last upper house parliamentarian of the parliament and right now he is in jail, to sadden the entire Rohingyas population and the world community who support the Rohingyas morally.

People’s hope democracy in Myanmar would be of an inspiration to have a good future flourishing the democratic rights for all, particularly for minorities like Rohingyas and others. Daw Suu Kyi led parliament of Myanmar is a powerful lobby go-down to abolish the rights of others through having the majority’s voices against the rights of minority’s groups. 

Even though people from majority ethnic had voted NLD and that of the party’s leader Daw Suu Kyi with a great hope, NLD’s victorious in the past 2015 election is orchestrated to bully the minorities with coordinating efforts of others who are too against Rohingyas. Though not all parliamentarians in Nay Pyi daw are NLD candidates and some are with their respective thoughts in line principle of the political parties’ policies in parliaments, regarding the Rohingyas, all the parliamentarians are in the same line to eradicate Rohingyas to vote unanimously against Rohingyas. Nothing can come out good from Daw Suu Led parliament.

Myanmar citizens both Burmese and different indigenous after having the repression and coercion of Myanmar military consecutive regimes since 1962 revolutionary period to 2010, all strata would have been seeking freedom and self-determination from the military’s unrestraint after suffering in their social life for a 50 years of life span. 

All Burmese either they are in rank of Military posts or ordinary, they all want domination and control on ethnic people and abuse in politics, economic and social welfare, Burmese never ever want to share least quota to ethnic brethren, fearing losing the domination of Burmese on tiny minority. 

A multi democratic protest in 1988 all along the country was a sign of mass people’ coordinated wishes to a change of military ruling system for a prosperous nation similar to neighboring countries after suffering a lot under the harsh military regimes. 

Again, the 2015 election was a great hope for almost entire people including many of the ethnic people though they have been their own political choices at the dawn of democratization. NLD followers and military power have been in THE mood of coordination now to crush all ethnic people demands that a returning to the era of military. 

Neither NLD nor any of future dominant Burmese political powers will be in combination of military forces to keep the state power in Burmese hands and control ethnic peoples from the other. The immoral policy of Burmese is well understood by national brethrens and Burmese will not change their attitude at whatever costs. The NLD and military will put forth their control on all ethnic people’ due demands through killing, fighting, burning, evicting, displacing, relocating and mush of untold troubling. 

Right now, the NLD led parliament efforts to produce resolution “ there has not been any Rohingyas identity and it will not be such an identity” by the collective efforts of all parliamentarians to declare both in local and international community is a foolish and pigheaded work of the current government. 

And, it will be a sham for this regime to wipe out the Name ROHINGYA because the primary evidences that have been before and from the dawn of Independence time is at the present of all people of local and international community.

He has quitted from the Board after thoroughly examining the true temperament of the board chairperson Mr. Surakiart Sathirathai, former deputy prime Minister of Thailand, and also having harsh conversation with State Counsellor, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi due to two Reuter reporters’ release, mass Rohingyas killing investigation course of action and citizenship of Rohingyas people. 

Mr. Bill felt the board chairperson Surakiart will follow up the secret direction of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, who desires the worldviews on oppressed Rohingyas should be false and the advisory board will conquer the world current accusations on Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and her alliance Military commander Min Aung Hlaing as BUTCHERS against Rohingyas innocent’s massacre. The atrocities committed on ROHINGYAS by Myanmar forces and shielding the horrendous crimes committed by the forces on helpless Rohingyas by Daw Suu Kyi has been unanimously recognized by the UN as “textbook examples of ethnic cleaning”.

Since 1993-94, there was UNHCR (the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) agency and other small NGOs in north Rakhine state to carry out the need of Rohingya people after those having information of oppressed Rohingyas in the hand of Myanmar military regimes. The then UNHCR’s cooperation & efforts with leaders of Myanmar military regime was somehow notable, reaching a temporary agreement with dictator Gen. KHIN NYUNT to grant Rohingyas people either NRC or National Scrutiny Pink Cards to the people of document-less Rohingyas.

In accord the fragile agreement of UNHCR with Myanmar government, the then military governments have provided at first TRC (temporary registration Cards, as first step ahead to become citizens) which is meant neither as foreigners nor Citizens of Myanmar though all those later TRCs receivers have been the offspring of their fathers, grandfathers, and great grandfathers as Myanmar indigenous citizens. Who all possessed in their hands the National Registration Cards, arranged by the first democratic government after independence in 1948. 

But these TRCs were never ever promoted into NRCs as per the initial agreement struck with UNHCR by Myanmar military governments. Myanmar authorities to make documents less due to the entire Rohingyas from the status of citizens of Myanmar, all Rohingyas in their localities were being pressured by the authorities to return either their NRCs papers to the authorities or face punishments those who did not return back in time. 

During the periods, the concerning authorities would arrange the limited permits for TRCs holders to travel from one place to another on purposes of education, small local trades and medical treatments but with having prior travel permits from the relevant villages/quarters’ heads, which cost a big money and time eating for possible Rohingyas travelers.

Rohingyas in localities believe the authorities’ pressure to returning the NRCs or unavoidably holding the TRCs is the state PLOT to make Rohingyas as wholesale FRC, who as if sneaked from Bangladesh into the enclave as Dr. Aye Chan, Rakhine academicians in local and abroad and entire Rakhine politicians’ exaggerated propagations to the regimes of Myanmar time and again.

Some NRCs holding Rohingyas having been worried to becoming documents-less, those NRCs cards holders would shun the authorities as much possible as they could to returning. 

As the NRCs were found along the road during traveling, the NRCs would have been captured and cut with succors into pieces as trash by authorities and some officers would destroy haughtily & throw it to mud not to be useful again. Fortunately, of course, yet there are NRCs holders who neither need to show the authorities along the ways whilst they do not travel from their locations to others but stay at their homes. Their NRCs are exempted from the destruction of Myanmar authorities because they become old-aged senior people who have retired from travel related works. 

Rohingyas from Rakhine state have never been the foreigners nor temporary citizens as per the citizenship law of Myanmar instead they were rightfully handed the National Registration Cards together with other ethnic groups of the nations since the nation-wide citizenship issuance was initiated by the first democratic government at the dawn of independence. 

The world most high-ranking officials from the stage of The United Nations platform would always insist the past Myanmar military regimes, and the current Daw Suu Kyi led democratic government to respect the human rights of Rohingyas people in the regions. While the white cards were temporarily issued under the sponsorship of UNHCR and the then Myanmar successive governments two decades ago, Rohingyas were never issued the PINK Cards though they have been holding WCs up to more than two decades, instead these WCs holders were again broadly issued the NVC cards instead of PINK cards. Reasoning, the government’s scrutiny plan has not been completed. What is this ‘cheating-spiraling’ citizenship processing of Myanmar’s current government on Rohingyas again? 

Though, national verification process was supposed by Mr. Kofi Anan mission before granting Rohingyas the National Scrutiny Cards. Majority of Rohingyas people believe “this government character is as the same as previous governments against Rohingyas and the current regime will take steps like previous to keep Rohingyas in the situation of NVCs holders for many years ahead and they will be ruthlessly restricted all due national rights”. 

Let’s think over how much Rohingyas people would suffer against the multiple discriminatory policies of the authorities and scale of Rohingyas’ frustration they have been suffering in their hearts while all the related affairs of a person in a daily life is simply inter-attached with ID of the nation before simply & easily branding them as terrorists on innocent fellow beings. 

If the advisory board, which is consisted of local and foreigners as the advisors to Kofi Anan report, is under the direction of scoundrel Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, who wants to humiliate Rohingyas and deceive the world continually. Then there will be no fruitful result for advisory board’s tireless efforts, and ultimately they will encounter with the world in unprecedented embarrassment and the BOARD will become failure in the end.

Because, the previous locally invented several investigation teams since 2012 have not discovered any wrongdoings of the government to take actions on THEIN SEIN’s government though there have been with a number of approved documents regarding colorful nightmares that ensued on Rohingyas by the government forces and Rakhine militiamen in the occurrences in Sittwe, KyaukPhyu, Kyauktaw, Myebon and Kyauk-Ni-Maw.

To repatriate innocent Rohingyas refugees who have fled Myanmar for Bangladesh due to unbearable multiple violence of Myanmar regime’s military operations on them under the banner of ‘Operation Clearance’ against accused ARSA attackers since 25th August 2017, Myanmar state Counsellor, should better show in prior her ethical sincerity regarding the bilateral agreement struck between Myanmar and Bangladesh. 

The world community has regarded Rohingyas people, regardless of their belief (few are Hindu believers) in religion, as the most persecuted people in the world. Since then, though the world body could not adopt with having unanimous resolution due to the issue because of some super power nations’ unilateral bias for Myanmar brutal regime, the world community has been concerned about their fate whose destinies are in the hand of uncontrollable cheating and disgusting brutal regime of Myanmar. 

During the 2015 election campaign, Aung San Suu Kyi would impudently reply to the global reporters’ inquiries about Rohingyas “don’t be exaggerating the Rohingya issues as there were available genocidal issues on all ethnic groups of Myanmar along the nation”. In reality, rudely, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi does not heed the subject of Rohingyas who are Myanmar citizens and reside in Arakan State.

While the highly educated state Counsellor had been, busy with the world diplomats in Nay Pyi Daw how to shielding military brutalities as the legitimate right of its sovereignty to punish on innocent Rohingyas and the atrocities sparked to flee nearly 700,000 Rohingyas people to Bangladesh. The operation clearance meant all the innocent Rohingyas people are either ARSA members or the sympathizers to the ARSA.

The Myanmar’s conspicuous attempts to ink with Bangladesh government to repatriate the Rohingyas refugees are to exclude world prominent organizations that have been taking care of the refugees. If Myanmar insists as an honest partner to the repatriation process, then the world body, Myanmar and Bangladesh should be involved as combined trilateral partners in the process as a matter of importance not to be ensuing such the exodus again at the border. What is the idea of Myanmar government to exclude the world community while the entire world community concerns about the Rohingyas refugees, as it becomes the regional and intercontinental problems to pay attention in a manner of a coordinated way? 

What Myanmar government should do first thing first is to clear the world’s demand to have the unhindered investigation into the brutal killings where many more innocent have already been killed. Women were being gang-raped, many villages were burned down and uncountable materials were damaged, and the landscapes of the localities were dismembered by Myanmar forces in townships such as Maungdaw, Buthidaung, and Rathedaung.

Myanmar government has hurriedly constructed some of the Transit Camps with the help of Myanmar cronies, whom the past governments let to exploit the resources of the country and compensate to high-ranking military officials for more than two decades, to keep the returnees for some days. In addition, the camps, which have already been built and cordoned off with barbed wire show the TC, are forever to keep the returnees to kill slowly and steadily them at the absence of world community’s supervision, while the repatriation agreement is only concerned with Bangladesh and Bangladesh itself won’t interfere to supervise strictly to Myanmar handling to the affairs.

Myanmar with having dishonest attitude to repatriate the Rohingya refugees by guaranteeing them in full citizenship, dignified, safety, and voluntarily coming back to their original locations rather than keeping them in TC camps, Myanmar regime only wants to cooperate with China, Russia, Japan and India only for necessary assistance in repatriation process. WHY?

Why doesn’t Myanmar regime want to cooperate with the WEST and OIC is just because those countries have been demanding to restore the rights of Rohingyas as the sons of the land, and outstandingly rhetoric about the brutality, and discriminatory policy of Myanmar military and Aung San Suu Kyi led regime. 

The Rohingyas repatriation process plan is a bogus from the beginning. On 23rd January 2018, the Immigration Department Director U Ko Ko Thaw interviewed with Mizzima Journal and said: “While the returnees were found they have never lived in Myanmar, then they would be taken action. But what kind of action he has never clarified. His interview meant as if Bangladesh government would add Bangladeshi to be Rohingyas returnees.” 

The interview was very clear that the government of Myanmar will make many Rohingyas people as illegal returnees and they will take action on ground of illegal immigrants or they will be sent back to Bangladesh accusing them as Bangladeshi. These are the government hypothesis to deal the Rohingyas under the bilateral agreement with Bangladesh government. 

The WEST had been advocating due to Aung San Suu Kyi’s release while she had been under long time house arrest by the consecutive military rulings of Myanmar. Daw Suu Kyi became famous in the face of Myanmar citizens not because of her fame in education obtained in abroad nor being a daughter of late General Aung San, but because of the world community’s right from the start classic propagation, particularly the west, and the USA.

Daw Suu Kyi, being as a Myanmar unexpected and highly educated modern age embolden RACIST, ‘she has now betrayed all the gratefulness owes to the WEST and the USA. That had been championing through cash, kinds and valuable times to release Suu Kyi and ascend to throne her to becoming the devastated nation to full fledge democratic one under the leadership of Laureate Daw Suu Kyi.

Mr. Bill Richardson, an American and a member of Advisory Board for implementation of Recommendations on Rakhine State, has resigned on 24.1.2018 from the advisory board after having fully understanding the deep nature of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi who wants all the board members to act on behalf of her regime to shield from the world possible actions. What about the rest persons of the Advisory Board on Rakhine State, it is sure they will resign also? at the end. 

Right now, the world conscious community should not let the notorious Myanmar leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and her partners of outside the world to coil the Rohingyas affairs in the sight of the world people and off-putting the track from implementing as per the supposition of Mr. Kofi Anan recommendation in time.

Process of repatriation of Myanmar Rohingyas residents who fled Rakhine state to Bangladesh will be allowed on 23rd January 2018 in accord the agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh. Myanmar Government wants all parties wholeheartedly join for the success of the systematic repatriation process, which will begin in January 2018.

The Union Minister for Social welfare, Relief and Rehabilitation, Dr. Win Myat Aye interviewed recently with Radio Free Asia that: ”the displaced Myanmar residents would stay for a while at transit camps (but he didn’t clarify how many days or months in transit camps), and after the completion of the houses for them, the residents be transferred to their respective villages”. There is not a visible big plan of the government yet to build houses or construct the villages, and he has once told the world media that the burned lands belong to government. That means Rohingyas do not belong again their abandoned villages. He also added that during their living in transit camps, the government would arrange so called “Cash for Work” employments for the returnees. There are neither factories, workshops nor any commercial activities available. All these are bogus and deceiving useless program of the government to escape the world attention & that of the community, which is very serious in regards Rohingya outline. 

The Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh camps are not the strangers to the face of Myanmar government as they being the citizens of Myanmar. Though Myanmar government does not want international investigation, at least Myanmar authorities should better visit to the camps with the cooperation of Bangladesh authorities to survey the refugees’ sufferings and their wishes and demands due to returning to their original locations.

Myanmar government has been insisting throughout its political instrument to the world that the violence ensued since 26 August 2017, and which has unavoidably created nearly 700,000 Rohingya refugees to be fleeing Myanmar to Bangladesh within couple of months. And that had been just because of the ARSA’s attack only on several police stations, but not because of the excessive using power of military’s operations on innocent Rohingyas”. 

For which Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, the state Counsellor has been defending the military’s ethnic cleansing plots as a legitimate right of a state sovereignty to clear the so-called ARSA in ROHINGYA innocent localities: Buthidaung, Maungdaw, and Rathedaung townships.

To implement successfully the repatriation process, in the bilateral agreement between Myanmar and Bangladesh, Myanmar regime persistently claims the returnees are responsible to show the relevant documents of Myanmar, which had been occasionally issued as Myanmar national documents such as white cards, then National verification Cards, and form 10, which verifies members of the family. 

Every concerning returnee, majority of the returnees may encounter a great deal of problem to show the documents that Myanmar government insists to prove by Rohingyas in accord the agreement struck with Bangladesh. 

During the ‘operation clearance’ conducted by military forces, Rohingyas might have merely absconded with their lives without grasping any single document from their burning houses, villages, and the paddy barns by ‘operation clearance’ forces. And they had been under great stress, constant worry and nervous by the extreme executions and threats of mass young men killing, and toddlers would have been robbed from their mothers’ hands and thrown into the blazing fire and some being killed and stabbed to death by gun-hit and bayonets of army’ in front of their mothers. 

Moreover, gang rapes by forces against mass young girls, virgin & pregnant women, and elderly women in front of their husbands, brothers, and parents who had been tied in their hands behind while these terrible affairs were being committed by the armed forces. In more, many runners who had to hide in mountains, ridges, dykes, valleys and they had to secretly wend to swamp border to cross to Bangladesh to escape from Myanmar military and Rakhine militiamen’s multiple atrocities, brutal inhumanities, and some of immoral behaviors compounded around. The army and Rakhine militiamen would have taken all the belongings in the hands of Rohingyas who were being met along the way to Bangladesh. 

Considering the above multi-color nightmares, therefore, at this horrible mass humans trekking in torrential rainy season day in day out in fear, how can these vulnerable and distressed Rohingyas runners be able to keep firmly their documents forever while they had just took care of their lives to be safer than others?

In these days, Myanmar regime has been revealing due to impossible ARSA members who may unbelievably have participated in the attack against the police outposts via daily circulating state owned newspapers.

Presumably, the shown suspected ARSA members by the government are quiet Rohingyas youths and men who have been bearing all the legal affairs of the respective family of their own in a peaceful manner in the regions. The Border Police Guard team, which has been in charge of taking and keeping the group photos of Rohingyas families once in six-month in the regions for two decades, has been easily sharing between the immigration department and military units due to the photos as members of ARSA who are allegedly accused as attackers against outposts. 

During the operation clearance, military would have been particularly and in prior searching out of the capable male persons, and after Rohingyas had known the trend; the male would either hide behind or disappear from public sight fearing from being picked up and killing by military units. Now, taking this as an advantage by the government, the irrational revealing of those photos in media as ARSA criminals is either to stop them from entering to their country again or censure & wrap the Bangladesh government for not apprehending the accused and then handing over to Myanmar government as culprits whom Myanmar demanded. This is the most beautiful dishonest art of Myanmar current regime to disgrace over all interaction of logical repatriation.

Undoubtedly, Myanmar government being a cruel, mischief and genocidal, it will apply all illogical, impossible and high handing vile against Bangladesh to illegitimate the international standard repatriation process in practical as per the demand of world community. From the other Myanmar regime’s idea is to keep untold about its inhumanities committed on Rohingyas and dragging the due matter as unimportant by alleging others as criminals to slip from reality. 

Rohingyas refugees in Bangladesh are all aware of the nightmares they have severely suffered in the hands of Myanmar military and they will not return at this unwelcome condition of Myanmar government’s unacceptable attachment, which seems Rohingyas returnees to be retaliated, punished, and tortured to death in their localities, even in transit camps before reaching to their respective villages. Right now, refugees believe that they are safe, and in touch with world communities who show heartfelt compassion and recognize the agony of Rohingyas and all refugees are able to access to medical facilities, food and shelter for a while, for that their long suffering have been at least alleviated by having emphatic touching of world communities in the camps. 

Rohingyas people were restricted and limited to have medical treatments in the regions, and there are many more chronic diseases infected patients remain uncured, that the regime intends to either be dying without proper treatments or shorten the Rohingyas people life span as depopulated scheme of the government. 

Just bringing a little parable due to refugees who infected the DIPTHERIA disease that: “ there was a big attention of WHO and the swift medical movement of ‘Doctor Without Border’ against the diphtheria infected patients as a matter of urgency to cure on time all the patients without delay and discrimination. Because of the effective care of medical team, the world communities have addressed all infected patients with a great care. 

In contrast, right now, Myanmar does not agree to allow the unfettered access of world community to the locations. Myanmar temporary camps, which aimed to be built as tents without minimum facilities, are very fragile to live for human beings. The returnees who should stay In Transit Camps for a while is uncountable days and people will be easily perished by the contaminated diseases that will be intentionally passed by Myanmar several agencies with a coordination efforts of all enemies. While, there all affairs will be run under the supervision of Myanmar as per the agreements reached between Bangladesh and Myanmar, and that the world body wont’ be allowed to examine the events.

There will not be international medical teams and the very limited medical facilities of Myanmar will not reach to the site to pay the medical attention while Muslims Rohingyas have been restricted from effective medical treatments as its Policy. Not only that, all the relevant affairs regarding to Rohingyas returnees in TC (transit Camps) will be the same horrendous and the mass killing of Rohingya either by the unattended disease outbreak or intentional arson killing by the hands of government’s multi- secret agents at the absence of community of the world.

Without international proper supervision and world firm guarantees for Rohingyas returnees’ safety, security, dignity, and recognition of nationality, the returnees should not be repatriated by Bangladesh and it should consider whether bilateral agreement would push all living Rohingyas in mass killing in TC through the cooperated agreement.

Myanmar State Counsellor Daw Suu Kyi and Foreign Minister of Japan Mr. Taro Kono conducted a joint press conference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday, 12 January 2018 after having a long bilateral discussion between the two leaders.

In these days, Myanmar is too lucky to have the state of Japan as new partner, followed by China and Russia to help assist its multiple structures and economic development. The Republic of China, Russian Federation, and lastly Japan have come to shield Myanmar’s immoral conducts of brutalities in the world political arena on its minority people and intransigence on demand of international community to abide the universal law and obligatory duties to fulfill the equitable rights of persecuted Rohingya people and the rest in Myanmar. 

The three countries have rigidly sided by Myanmar depend on their own respective interest, and concern of economic strategies amid from the regional and international political pressure and economic restraint due to Myanmar’s human rights violations, which have been totally unacceptable, on all the ethnic people of the nation, particularly against Rohingyas since August 2017. 

Though, the international community has been drastically asking to have access to the Rohingya localities for their proper investigation, Myanmar has been persistently denying to the world’s access to the clue which is importantly needed by the world people to lay down the final solution to the problem. In contrast, the sate Counsellor saying ‘such a world investigation would make worse to live harmoniously together between two major groups; Buddhist Rakhine and Muslims Rohingyas’.

As more, the state Counsellor would always tell the world leaders:” the matter of Rohingyas in Arakan state is not a single matter to be settled down urgently, but there are many more issues all along the nation regarding the indigenous people”. She has been too much cheeky to the matter of Rohingyas affairs and regards as a jokey manner to the mishap on Rohingyas designed by Min Aung Hlaing and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, herself.

Regarding the recent uncovers of ten Rohingyas innocent dead bodies in Inn Din village, she said:” There were killings in Inn Din village. The Tatmadaw had conducted an investigation and would be taking action so this is viewed as a new step taken by our country. In the end, rule of law in the country is the responsibility of the country. It is a positive indication that we are taking the steps to be responsible”. 

Ever since, the Rohingyas’ more than 340 villages were torched into ashes and people were evicted from their houses; the babies and toddlers were killed and the beautiful Rohingya girls and good-looking ladies were being raped by the forces. And, while many of disarrayed Rohingyas were being dead due to lack of water, food and shelter along their ways to Bangladesh; the absconders property were burned and valuable were looted by military forces, Rakhine armed men and Rakhine ordinary villagers. In the meantime, all these mishaps on Rohingyas were being denied by the Ministry of defense and the state Counsellor herself and she has repeatedly flanked the military’s random speaking mouth which has been shamelessly lying to the world. 

Ultimately, whoever international dignitary pays visit to Myanmar, he/she knowingly and cheerfully agrees to the state Counsellor’s misleading talent, whatsoever she discusses, explains and defrauds the relevant issues from the path of reality.

However, the world leaders want to execute the concerning commerce with her, the entire state commerce of Myanmar does not run under her guided policy. Nevertheless, the commander in chief, Min Aung Hlaing directs and controls how to share the state benefit to the military department. In addition, the state peace, stability and peace building chitchat all along the countryside with the indigenous people by the Counsellor, is a show off to the world. While S.G Min Aung Hlaing’s Ministries (Ministry of Home Affairs, Borders and Defense) control stability of the state, development of borders areas, restoration of rule of law, social harmony among societies and communal state sparkle instabilities. 

Talking about the memorandum of understanding (MoU) reached between Myanmar and Bangladesh to repatriate the fled more than (655,000) Rohingyas to Bangladesh is, as a matter fact, not a sincere attempt of the government of Myanmar after seeing its unfinished multiple cleansing operations so far in Rohingyas localities, Rakhine state.

Formation of UEHRD (the Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement, and Development), leading by the Counsellor, as Chairperson of it is nothing. However to brag and please the world community, as if the government is going to repatriate the displaced persons and resettle them to their original locations and for that expecting the big amount of assistance from international donors, Japan and others, who always propped up and protected Myanmar against the worldwide pressure in international arenas. 

Without the presence of international recommended cooperation in Rakhine state to resettle the Rohingyas, then in accord the MoU between the Bangladesh and Myanmar has already reached is evidently to kill alive , maim and demoralize on those will be repatriated Rohingyas people in the camps-side of Myanmar before being resettled them to their original localities as per MoU.

Is it believable the suggestion that under the hand of heinous regime and the chicanery leader, the state Counsellor will properly conduct the Refugees affairs in line principle of international standard? No Single Rohingya refugee currently in Bangladesh will agree such a status quo due to return back & then to be killed again unkindly and be punished severely by Myanmar at the killing field. The military and the Counsellor have already preplanned the beautiful snares for repatriated Rohingya as revenge.

How some world leading nations and that of the honorary leaders do have to support such kind of heartless, brutal, and devious Myanmarese and the regime to provide cash and kind for nothing at the absence of world community to conduct the world-concerned affairs?

Frankly, The Japanese Foreign Minister’s observation due to the root cause of the problem in Arakan as the issue of poverty is merely a plain wrong thought. 

In that matter, Rohingyas have been persecuted, oppressed, restricted and the hateful system of unfairness and isolation seep into in every aspect of Rohingyas people lives for SEVENTY years in Rakhine state. By seeing the heinous character of the almost entire Rakhine and Burmese Buddhists, the truth is the Buddhist Rakhine and Burmese have the systematic technique of cleansing plot against Rohingyas from their ancestral land ‘on ground of physical appearance, ethnic, tradition, belief, culture, and religious differences’. The Rohingyas are the senior inhabitants in the land in accord the historical background that no one can deny this logical phenomenon.

Any bulk assistances provided by the either leading nations to the hand of the central government of UEHRD (the Union Enterprise for Humanitarian Assistance, Resettlement, and Development) or Rakhine state authorities without thorough liability, direct cooperation and concrete involvement of the world community. 

Then, such a move either by the state of Japan is regarded by the world community as the following practice of both CHINA and RUSSIA. And that would only embolden the current stubborn Myanmar authorities (NLD regime and military institution) to severely punish more to the existing Rohingyas people in their townships and will carelessly deny all the world peaceful and constant demands on Myanmar to honorably repatriate, restore the legitimate rights of ROHINGYAS.

The statement No. (1/2018) which was stated on January 10, 2018 by the Myanmar National Human Rights commission on the Global New Light of Myanmar in regards the ARSA terrorists attack the vehicle carrying members of the security forces with explosives device, and small arms from the hillock of North West of Kyein Chaung village in Maungtaw township, Rakhine state around 10:00 am on 5 January 2018 and a driver and two members of security forces were wounded -- was nothing more than the bogus message of similar to entire media outlet of Myanmar.

In Arakan (Rakhine) state of Myanmar, there are several groups of illegal armed organizations, some fighting against the central regime of Myanmar for their self-legitimate right and some are nothing to demand the due legitimate rights to the regime. Those (Thet armed group, Dianet & Mro armed-men) are plausibly assisted to survive through their ways of looting, robbing, destroying and killing Rohingya people by well aware of regional and central government. 

Among them, some (two of Rakhine Buddhist organizations that have coordinated the regular contact with local Rakhine populace to fight against the central regime and Rohingyas Muslims) are well known by central government of Myanmar and international community for their constant claims to Rakhine state authority and the central government of Myanmar as the stakeholders.

Time and again, regional and central government have been openly advocating and fulfilling the necessary things on the tiny groups of several minorities, dwelling along the Mayu Mountains and that of the ridges as people of recognized indigenous inhabitants and militants. The regional and central regime’s philosophy has been to be able to charge visible multiple faults that (are blamable on Rohingyas and beautiful justification by the regime) the both governments want in time to blame & punish on innocent Rohingyas the preplanned heinous oppressions by the government forces. 

The Government has been contemplating beautifully and drastically the state multiple sullied and horrible games hand in hand with the mountain dwellers to circulate the filthy playoffs to be shown to the faces of international community that neither Rohingyas ordinary people nor ARSA, the so called Rohingyas armed militant have ever committed crimes against the government. 

To censure on Rohingyas, and at the same time, to hide behind to the inhumane atrocities that have been committed against Rohingyas Muslims by the regime with a coordinated efforts of mountain dwellers: “Mro, Thet, Dianet and Rakhine Buddhist armed men” in north Rakhine state. And, to lay out the dishonest reasons not to be repatriated the Rohingyas people as much as earlier as per the demand of international community and in line principle of the global norms, which demanded by the fled Rohingyas to Bangladesh. 

Now reasoning as if ARSA’s attack in north Arakan, Myanmar regime, which asserting just because of the ARSA’s attack in north Rakhine, that, in fact, there is no visible ARSA on ground nor possibly ARSA might not have committed any attack as accused, Myanmar government has been manipulating several kinds of unreasonable reasons to the world.

The government of Myanmar insists the recent ARSA’s attack in the region is as the terrorist attack and that ARSA does not desire the fled refugees to be repatriated soon and wants various instabilities in the region. In that ground, government saying, it is impossible to construct the buildings, roads, schools, religious constructions, professional structures, and livelihoods in time due to be repatriated Rohingyas people that both governments of Myanmar and Bangladesh have reached an agreement in November 2017. 

What a hallucination of Myanmar government to blame on ARSA for her dishonesty to implement the world demands due to Rohingyas people rights restorations, successful repatriation, livelihood establishments, building harmonious societies and processing of Rohingyas people citizenship. Blaming on recent ARSA’s attack which created by the military is a huge new tragedy to revert all the agreements Myanmar has reached bilateral and international consensus between and among the nations in regards Rohingyas. 

Not only that, there are a lot of operations one after another in the region, north Rakhine state against Rohingyas people who still reside in their villages. Couple of days ago, a military combine operation with indigenous mountain dwellers has thrown some explosives to the fishpond of the village, Chin-Tha-maa (Khan-Sa-Ma) nearby Phaung-Daw-Byin village in north of Buthidaung Township. Later, military authorities have summoned the village head and let him gather his male villagers to find out the ARSA attackers and their ammunitions. 

The military authorities, asserting the prior information that there were ARSA attackers in the village and many arms and explosives being hidden underneath of the pool. Then the authorities have had let the villagers to fetch out the water from fishpond until the end to find out the explosives which the villagers have no knowledge about the episode. In accord the villagers, the entire ARSA attackers or those of the ammunition have been a pretext, a plain game, and attachments to flee Rohingyas from the village that may fear of being randomly arrested, severely tortured and the exorbitant compensation in return military authorities’ clemency. Many young men were arrested and ever since they have been severely and inhumanely tortured to confess to be, ARSA attackers and ammunition found at the fishpond belong to them. What a trap!

Likewise, the remaining Rohingyas in the regions have been under extremely threats and multiple intimidations under the form of one way of another reason or pretext by the military strategies adopted by S.G Min Aung Hlaing and military branches to torture the remaining Rohingyas people physically and mentally in the regions to get out of the region. Every Rohingyas remaining in the regions are in a state of suspense or impatience due to the worry of military’s inhumane maneuver on Rohingyas innocent day in day night who are barely unprotected by law but Rohingyas as preys to be killed by military-predators and its coordinators. It seems that military strategies to expel all Rohingyas in the region who remained in their location yet, and military will commit whatever they want to annihilate all Rohingyas in the region to cleanse altogether. 

Ever since its establishment as Human Rights Commission of Myanmar, it has never stood from the sufferers who are helpless, hopeless, and vulnerable all along the country. They simply, inconsiderably, dishonestly, and irrationally stand by the side of oppressor, and tyrants as a protector not to be blamed by the world community. 

The question now is what is a job of Myanmar National Human Rights Commission to carry out in this country under the identity of ‘Human Rights Commission’? Myanmar Human Right Commission is a whole sale TICKET of brutal regime supporter, it does not regard the Rohingyas as human being, and the Rohingyas’ agony is regarded as a glee by the hearts of the Human Rights Commission members of Myanmar. 

May GOD perish all those who are the members of Myanmar National Human Rights Commission?
