Since 2012, authorities in Western Burma have been putting out magazines of religious hatred titled “Protection of Buddhist Nationalism”. Amongst the publications, The Passima Yet Hwong (the western region) magazine was the most notorious and smartly sketched to stimulate Buddhists as strong as Hurricane winds to insult other faiths. It was authorized by authorities of all kinds of state departments. 

When westerners, European countries, ASEAN and the rest international independent institutions spoke out against the long oppression of Burmese Buddhist majority regime against ethnic minorities. The mastermind of these continual collisions is the so called "reformist" or "pseudo democratic" president Thein Sein. The former high rank military officer, triggered unexpected and/or unwanted crisis— National protection for Buddhist Nationalism. 

President Thein Sein conspired with some migrant Buddhist people racially western Rakhines (Anot-thar Mogh), who migrated from Bangladesh to western Burma for economic crisis. Then, he internally designated his adopted-fiddles immoral militaristic officers in Rakhine state government. This, to trigger riots in order for the democracy transition from military transition could be back stepped rather than going ahead. 

A histrionic rape issue— a Rakhine Buddhist girl was raped and murdered and three Rohingya adults were alleged forcibly — was created by some members of Rakhine Nationalities Development Party (RNDP) and authorities detained them without any further inquiry and on the double, they were sentenced to death. 

That murder provoked an attack on a bus passing in the Taungup area of Rakhine state by a mob of 300 people killed the ten Muslim pilgrims on the spot on June 3, 2012. The government run newspaper New Light of Myanmar reported. "Here a censorious point that how the government could reveal the exact number of gangsters." 

Since June 2012, on the double, the deliberate, unprecedented violence erupted from Taungup to most parts of the Rakhine, central Burma and almost every Muslim quarter throughout the country. 

Amid the Burmese state-sponsored religious collision (in reality the ethnic cleansing of Rohingya and eradication of other Muslims), the security forces, Buddhist terrorists, monks, police, riot police and border security forces perpetrated such terrible crimes more repressively than ever. Gangbangs to mostly immature girls and slaughter, vandalization of tens of thousands of homes and religious buildings. Lively killings of innocent persons and arbitrary arrests, displaced hundreds of thousands of well settled people. Extortion of money and torturing until death in detained centres. Threats to flee into uncertain destinations leaving own properties, dragging women as sex slaves to army camps, forced labor, confiscation lands, confinements and so on. 

It is cruel and miserable that the government has been changing the demographics of western Burma. Resettling western Rakhines from Bangladesh in Rohingya quarters. 

A few months later, the president made a state-sponsored terrorist group 969 campaign, or 969 anti-Muslim movement led by a monk Wirathu. This man was sentenced in 2003 for inspiring Islamophobia. The main motive of the 969 campaign was only to simultaneously attack Muslims and to trigger more riots. To postpone access of international delegations including diplomats and journalists. Ultimately to avoid verdict of all real miscreants. 

Moreover, other double standard rulings of the so called Neo-Nazi democratic government of Burma, many Rohingya and other Muslim elites, politicians, religious experienced mentors and intellectuals are arrested as miscreants on suspicion. They have been quickly imprisoned with false verdicts. 

Whenever the Hitlerite officials of Burma give visitations to Western countries or Europe, they assured and pledged deceptively that there would be no more collisions. They would tackle the further unrest in Rakhine and will probe the unrest. 

They implemented all commitments negatively. President Thein Sein vowed he will open schools for Rohingya children in August 2012. Later, all of the religious schools of Rohingya children were locked up. University students harassed. In lieu of erecting homes to internally displaced people (IDP), they are kept in concentration camps. This is neat and clean though, in contrast of Rakhine IDPs who are enlisted as displaced ones unwillingly by Rakhine state authorities. 

Then, Burma’s Ministry of Border Affairs and a delegation led by OIC Ambassador Ufuk Gokcen, signed a MoU on Sept. 9 to postpone opening OIC offices In Burma. The regime made countrywide demonstrations by monks and finally the deceptive Hitlerite genocidal President Thein Sein announced that he will not allow OIC to open office, for it was against the people’s desire in 15 October 2012. 

Due to international reiterative condemnations, the government disbanded the most notorious and the ever most successive and destructive and discriminatory department "Nasaka." who oppressed repressively the Rohingya. They remained in historical records as unprecedented persecution against ethnic Rohingya on this earth surface; alternatively, the para-military discriminate and incriminate ever so than former ones. i.e. Extortion of unaffordable money from the most impoverished Rohingya to whom the regime impoverished tactfully and politically since 1962. 

Where the Human rights are for Rohingya despite the fact that they are human beings? 

When can the Rohingya deserve to be valued as equals as the Rakhines do? 

How can the ruthless para-military, Hlun Htine police could shoot direct-targeting to Rohingya at Ohn Daw Gyi and Bawdupha refugee camps in August 9, 2013? 

Similarly, the world wildest and ruthless genocidal Burmese regime led by president Thein Sein plays militaristic roles with international bodies, allowed the UN special envoy for human Rights in Burma Mr. Quintana to investigate the human rights in Burma. Alternatively, the regime paved thorny red-carpets in some areas for Quinta to encounter public unwelcome and violence depreciatively by state-sponsored terrorists. How the most impoverished Rakhines who are incapable even to have food with the cheapest and disgusted Burmese favorite food time Ngha Peeh (fish paste) were dare to protest holding decrial portraits of the dignified UN Envoy Quintana, if the authorities didn't sponsor it ? 

It is a good time for UN, EU, OIC, ASEAN, and NATO, USA to corporately denounce the confidential tactic policies of Burmese Hilterite regime led by President Thein Sein, who prefers for inconsistency of his reiterative words about assurances in his international historic tours. 

As well, the regime’s ever talented and successful policies to consolidate the democracy rules if the regime refrains from such discriminatory policies and diplomatic deceptions. 

When will the regime postpone officially harassment and arbitrarily arrest to every innocent Rohingya, or whoever speaks out against the persecution? It is deplorable that a prominent Rohingya human Rights Activist Kyaw Hla Aung and a Rohingya Facebooker Than Shwe, were detained recently. While the ongoing reform procedures, bell ringing ceaselessly throughout the country Burma.

Among the several Burmese invasions of Arakan, there were three major attacks recorded. The first attack on Arakan was carried out by Anawrahta in 1044 CE followed by the attacks by Min Khaung Yaza in 1406 CE and Bodaw Maung Wai in 1784 CE respectively.

Bodaw, immediately after his invasion, vandalized historic—temples, shrines, mosques, monuments, and libraries. Muslim custodians of the royal palace were massacred as well. Eventually, he took away the famous Buddhist statue, Mahamuni.

Since then, racial and religious hatred against Rohingyas have been being seeded in the hearts of its majority Buddhists by the different Burmese regimes in her history for strategic and political purposes. Subsequently, institutionalized discrimination and systematic oppression against Rohingya have been being implemented. 

In 1942, some Rakhine extremists of Burman origin led by Thakin leaders massacred more than 100,000 Rohingyas, dreadfully eradicated 307 Rohingya quarters in Arakan and forced more 80,000 Rohingyas to flee to Chittagong.

Furthermore, after Ne Win had staged a coup d’état in 1962, he, consistently, imposed double standard and illegal laws and carried out brutal operations targeting only Rohingyas. Of them, the most notorious King Dragon Operation (NagaMin) was carried out in 1978. Due to mass arrests of young and old alike, tortures, rapes and killings in detention centers, more than 300,000 Rohingya had, again, to flee to Bangladesh.

For perpetual ruthless attempts of Burmese authorities to exterminate Rohingya community, they enacted a discriminatory Act called 1982 citizenship law against Rohingyas to strip them off both their ethnic identity and their national identity. Consequently, it undocumented them from their ethnic status and the bigots and extremists in Burma started accusing Rohingyas to be illegal immigrants brought into Burma by the British colonialists.

To Rohingyas’ misfortune, Rohingyas had not been spared from the brutalities of Burmese tyrannical rulers even until 1990. During another terrible operation, Operation Pyi Thaya, in 1991-199, some 300,000 Rohingyas were forced to flee desperately. Those who didn’t flee have been facing oppressions, encountering tortures, gangbang in detention centers and their homes and religious buildings have been being vandalized. Their lands are being confiscated; there have been confinements on their marriage, education, movement, livelihoods, and medical treatments and so on.

The whole Rohingya community would have been exterminated had it been not sometimes due to miscarriage of perpetuation of Rohingya ethnic cleansing by Burmese Hitlerite Regime. The pseudo civilian government led by President Thein Sein, some Ultra-nationalist political figures, Extremist Buddhist monks, Rakhine terrorists chaired by Vet Aye Maung of Rakhine Nationalities Development Party (RNDP), some 88 generation leaders conspired to strip off Rohingya rights, to trigger the violence by intentionally killing ten Muslim pilgrims through a mob attack in Taungup Township in June 2012 and to exterminate Rohingyas in a vast momentum.

The attacks against Muslims spread countrywide and Muslims nowadays face several varieties of atrocities—slaughters, vandalization of Mosques and homes, threats to flee to uncertain destinations, arbitrary arrests, tortures to death in detention centers, abduction of under-aged girls and women, assaults against Rohingya women in every check-point, starvations, confinements in concentration camps, and are subjected to – forced labor , arbitrary land seizure, forced displacement, forced Bengalization and forced birth control, and endure excessive taxes and extortions and so on.

“Eventually, more than 140,000 Rohingyas have become IDPs (internally displaced people) and are kept in concentrated camps inhumanely. The UN Rapporteur Quintana reported during his sixth visit to Burma that the camps of those Rohingya IDPs are more like prisons.”

What a classic mockery it is! Although all of the dictatorial officials assured and asserted that the perpetrators of the violence will be charged for their respective crimes, yet the perpetrators are rather hastily moving against the Muslims everywhere. Therefore, the government assurance for justice is nothing but an attempt to distract international concern in order to mask the perpetrators from international scrutiny. Hence, hereby, I would like to quote Burma under Thein Sein Hitlerite regime as—Burma preaches peace and practices discrimination.

Later, due to the caustic condemnations of International bodies, the genocidal Burmese regime portrayed the ethnocide of Rohingyas as Buddhist Nationalism so as to mask the crimes against humanity committed by the state-sponsored Buddhist vigilantes. (E.g. they considerably prefer using the term ‘national security’ rather than ‘human rights’.) With full involvement of the Government, a 969 Neo-Nazi Buddhist nationalist movement led by pseudo monk Wirathu who was once imprisoned in 2003 for his role in stirring religious clashes in Mandalay has been formed. Then, they are carrying out violence against Muslims in a vast momentum mostly in Muslim quarters. 

“Article 51 of the UN charter states —the inherent right of collective or individual self-defense if an armed attack occurs—. Despite being well-evident and open Genocide against Rohingyas and other Burmese Muslims, UN is still shockingly silent and inactive. Without the interventions of UN in Darfur and East Timor conflicts, it would be impossible for them to achieve freedom. Therefore, UN must help unarmed Rohingyas who have long been persecuted by Burmese regime.”

Accordingly, without the oppressed Rohingyas’ own physical and psychological movements, to dream of liberty is just like to dream to erect a sand wall with sand bricks.

Burma/Myanmar gained the Independence in 1948 after the successful negotiation with the Great Britain by Aung Sann-Atlee and Nu-Atlee agreements. In these two agreements, citizenship is guaranteed for every single person living in Burma as of 1948, as well as honoring them with equality and human dignity. Those principle values of the Independence were functioning well until Gen. Ne Win gave birth to dictatorship in Burma by staging a coup in 1962. 

Since then Burma faced tremendous deterioration in Human Values, Freedoms, Rights and Equality. Dictator Ne Win has crashed down all the prodemocracy movements and handed down the notorious traditions to his successors; military generals. When it came to infamous Gen. Than Shwe’s era, the country’ situation has already been severely hit by continuous sanctions from the western governments and Institutions that compelled Than Shwe to work on a strategy of safe exit. The 2008 Constitution was written in a way that the Military remains as a key role player in Burma politics and all the dictators’ interests are being safeguarded by the 2010 newly formed quasi-civilian government of Ex- Gen. Thein Sein. 

The late Gen. Ne Win is seen as the Father and the Founder of the new (Tatmadaw) Burmese Army. He is the great mentor to Gen. Than Shwe, infamous Spy Chief Gen. Khin Nyunt and current president Ex-Gen. Thein Sein. His ruthless policies are still widely practiced by the Military without questioning their validity and morality. Dictator Ne Win’s first patriotic movement right after the coup were; confiscating Indian and Chinese own businesses, introducing the Burmanization policy which recommends “Burma is for the Burmans only” and glorifying Burmans as Buddhists with ethnically pure Mongoloid blood. In Arakan, he imposed a policy of “Divide and Rule” to destroy the years long tradition of peaceful coexistence between the Rakhines (Moghs) and Rohingyas.

In 1974, he changed the name of the Western Burma and the Mayu Frontier Region from Arakan to Rakhine as a measure to undermine the existence of Rohingya being as an ethnic identity. His major armed operation; the Dragon King Operation (1977-1978) was solely targeted to Rohingya population and more than 300,000 Rohingya have been driven out from homes accusing them as illegal immigrants. Many thousands lives of Rohingya were perished and eventually had to take shelters in refugee camps in neighboring Bangladesh. Again in 1982, he has enacted the unjust “Citizenship Act” as a clear sign of Rohingya Elimination from Burma.

During his successor SLORC era of 1991-1992, Ne Win’s right-hand man, the notorious spy Chief Gen. Khin Nyunt has launched an indiscriminate raid against Rohingyas in every village and quarter of Arakan. Many educated Rohingyas and religious leaders were arrested, tortured and about quarter of a million Rohingya fled to Bangladesh to escape from the atrocities. Many of the arrested were never been released and their whereabouts remains unclear until now.

As the President Thein Sein’s quasi-civilian government bragging the world with democratic reforms, the Burmese government realized to redraw the strategy of Rohingya ethnic cleansing policy to avoid from worldwide open condemnation. In pursuit of government’s new approach to Rohingya Elimination, the RNDP (Rakhine Nationalities Development Party) chaired by a Rakhine ultra-nationalist veterinarian Aye Maung caught the government’s attention. 

Since the beginning of 2012, RNDP has been mobilizing Rakhine youths by openly preaching hate speeches, circulating pamphlets with religious/ethnic incitements and distributing machetes. In June 2012, RNDP backed by the government elements successfully triggered the riots by brutally killing 10 Muslim pilgrims in southern Rakhine town of Thandwe. So far no perpetrator has been brought to justice, which clearly indicates the government involvement. The violence has further spread to all over Rakhine State. Being as collaborator, the government forces did not provide safe and security to minority Rohingyas and as a result many Rohingyas lost their lives, entire village burnt down and properties destroyed. 

Another government involvement came to the spotlight when the Burmese president Thein Sein, said the UN High Commissioner for Refugees António Guterres that "We will take responsibility for our ethnic people but it is impossible to accept the illegally entered Rohingyas, who are not our ethnicity, or else, will send them away if any third country would accept them and this is what we are thinking is the solution to the issue."

The President’s remark has served as a strong endorsement to the already worsening anti-Muslim, anti-Rohingya sentiment all over Burma. Many ultra nationalists Monks took to the street chanting supports to the President’s legal words of hatred. As Burma is known as a predominantly Buddhist nation, any movement from Monks is seen as a legitimate one. Burmese government being known to this very fact indulged the Monks openly preaching hatred against all Muslims and particularly targeting to Rohingyas. Wirathu, a Buddhist monk notoriously known as “Burmese Binladin” preached anti-Muslim speeches and distributed them on CD with the help of “969” The Buddhist Nationalist Movement. Though the speeches are obvious instigation for the religious violence and violate the constitution, government kept ignoring and security forces just kept watching without doing anything when the violence took place.

In Rakhines, situation of Rohingyas remains uncertain with the increasing restriction on freedom of movement, access to health care and education. Recently the Rakhine State government was instructed to impose 2 Child only policy for Rohingya population. Despite the fact that Burmese president has promised the world to speed up the resettlement of IDPs to tone down the worldwide condemnation, IDPs are continually suffering from the blockage of local and international assistance. IDPs’ children are not able to pursue education and there is no regular food supply and they are still languishing in the makeshifts concentration camps around Rakhine States. Medias, INGO and donor countries agencies are constantly facing restriction, harassment from local Rakhine people and Rakhine State government. 

As Burmese President Thein Sein and his puppet Rakhine Commission’s report insisting the non existence of Rohingyas on Burmese soil, immigration authority and the security forces are carrying out the population census on Rohingyas as Bengalese. Whoever refused to accept the identity as Bengalese is subjected imprisonment.

One can inarguably say that the Burmese government’s persecution on Rohingya is a genocide. The Nazis have perfected one during the Second World War by killing more than six million Jews worldwide. Many were gassed in concentration camps. In Burma, they have their own way of Genocide which is called “Final Solution” for Rohingya extermination. (I.e. burning down houses, massacre, gang rape on immature girls and women, indiscriminate killing including children, extortion with false accusation, torture, abduction of Rohingya girls to serve as sex slaves in army camps) 

Thousands of Rohingyas could no longer bear those hardships and persecutions, and then fled Burma as potentially risky boat people. Many have lost their lives when the boats wrecked the sea and some ended up in detention centers in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. 

Commenting on the violence which took place in Rakhine in 2012, Tomás Ojea Quintana, the Special Rapporteur on the human rights situation in Myanmar, has stated that “it is of fundamental importance to clearly establish what has happened in Rakhine state and to ensure accountability”. He has also added that the human rights situation in Rakhine state is very serious and many have suffered from the loss of their homes and livelihoods as a result of the violence and now the government kept them in concentration camps.

Instead of bringing the perpetrators of the Rakhine violence to justice, President Thein Sein formed the Rakhine Commission with 27 handpicked members to investigate the root causes of the conflict. Out of 27 members, 23 members are Buddhists and the remaining 4 Muslims members were later ousted from the commission with various accusations. When the Commission finally came up with the findings, it is with full of distortion, one sidedness and mainly protecting the interest of the State rather than protecting the rights of the minority Rohingyas. Although Rohingyas have many historical evidences of being ethnicity of Burma dating back from 8th century AD to U Nu’s Multi-party democracy government, the Rakhine Commission has ignorantly denied the existence of Rohingya.

Some of the distorted antagonistic on-record statements of the Rakhine Commission members; 

• Dr Myo Myint: “They (the "Bengalis" from across Bangladesh) are here already. We can't simply kick them out. What to do?”
• Dr Myo Myint: “You don't need to report to the President about the situation on a regular basis. The security and welfare of those people ("Bengali") are not our commission's responsibility”
• MP Aye Maung: “We have to restore Rakhine villages (to the pre-Bengali period). We need to take inspiration from Israel and model our restoration (of Rakhine State only for the Rakhine) from Israel” and so on. (Source:http://www.maungzarni.com/2013/05/top-10-anti-muslim-and-anti-rohingya.html)

After releasing the Rakhine Commission Report, the Burmese government became more ignorant and bold defending its involvement in instigation of the conflict. With the presence of many INGOs, satellite images and advanced technologies, what is happening to Rohingyas in Rakhine and Muslims in Burma drew many international criticism and condemnation.

No matter how hard President Thein Sein tries to deceive the word with fake reforms, the widespread hatred on minority Muslims and Rohingyas becomes more clearly visible. Finally, it is the President’s choice whether to portray Burma as a peace loving country or a country that dances with the tune of hatred.

A Rohingya History seminar by Ko Htay Lwin Oo was held in Saudi Arabia in April 2013. Ko Htay Lwin Oo becomes popular as a Rohingya historian since the time he reportedly challenged Dr. Aye Chan; so-called Rakhine historian. The challenge was to prove that the most ancient indigenous race of Arakan is whether the Rohingya or the Rakhine based on historical facts and evidence. Recently Dr. Aye Chan has organized a conference at Mahidol University, Bangkok on the 9th of March 2013 with the help of some Rakhines living in Thailand. During the Q & A session, Ko Htay Lwin Oo has pointed out the fact that the first and foremost indigenous people of Arakan are Rohingyas by referring a primary source evidence of a book on Asian Research written in 17th century AD by a western scholar. Dr. Aye Chan was shocked and speechless to encounter with such concrete historical evidence. His deception and distortion of the true ancient Arakanese history was unmasked in front of many Asian history enthusiasts and international audience. It was a very shameful event for him that made him lost composure and at last concluded the conference abruptly. 

Ko Htay Lwin Oo’s aims of holding the Rohingya History seminars in Saudi Arabia are: 

a. Clarifying the existence of Rohingya in Arakanese history since 7th century AD with historical evidence. 

b. Increasing awareness on authentic ancient Arakanese history to every Rohingya so that their origin, identity, indigenous ethnicity and motherland are clearly defined. 

c. Revival of Rohingya true history worldwide so that it will eventually help every Rohingya from being exterminated. 

d. Proof of Rohingya Ancestry and Etymology so that Rohingya can challenge the Burmese-Mogh racists and their fellows accomplices such as Dr. Aye Chan, 88 generation student leader Ko Ko Gyi, Bengali-Mogh RNDP vet. Aye Maung and so on. 

Though Burmese historians claim that “Divide & Rule” was first introduced in Burma by the British Colonialism, it was actually exercised in Arakan in as early as 1784 when Burmese King Bodaw invaded and conquered Arakan. The Burmese intruder had instigated communal violence and religious hatred between Rohingya and Rakhine that resulted slaughtering many people from both ethnicities. King Bodaw Maung Waing had destroyed all cultural monuments which were erected since 7th century. When Burma was totally occupied by the British Empire 1885 the inter-communal violence was temporarily stopped until 1942. It was an unforgettable and horrific year for Rohingya as many thousands Rohingyas have lost their lives under the swords of Rakhines. The biggest blow to Rohingya has come in 1982 when Burmese dictator Ne Win drew the 1982 Citizenship Law. The sole purpose of the Citizenship Law is to strip the Rohingya off their fundamental and bona fide citizenship rights. It also imposed discriminatory policies in Education, Health Care, Job, Freedom of Movement and eventually made Rohingyas as illegal immigrants from Bangladesh on their own ancestral Land Arakan. 

During the Seminars, Ko Htay Lwin Oo has used various historical references and evidence in explaining Rohingya History and here are some of the evidences that he has referred. 

• The language of Ananda Chandra stone inscription which was written at the end of 8th century has 70% similarity with Rohingya Language. It is not even closely similar to either Burmese or Rakhine languages. 

Undoubtedly, it is the concrete evidence which indicates that the Ancient Arakan official language was Rohingya and they were the indigenous people of Arakan. 

Some of the historians unfortunately overlooked the primary source “Stone Inscription” and falsely claimed that Rohingya are the descendents of Arab. They traced the term “Rohingya” back to a shipwreck in the 8th century AD. According to their assumptions, after the Arab traders’ ships wrecked near Ramree Island, The Arab traders were ordered to be executed by the Arakanese King. Then, Arabs shouted in their language, “Rahma” which means “please show mercy to us”. Hence, these people were later called as “Raham”. Gradually it changed from “Raham” to “Rhohang” and finally to Rohingyas. MA Chowdhury 1995, pp. 7–8. 

“Brief observation throughout the evolution of world’s languages and their environment; if the Rohingya people were the generations of those shipwrecked Arabs, their language must be Arabic following their fathers’ roots or else, it is must be either Rakhine or Burmese following their mothers’ roots. In reality, the Rohingya language is much more distinct amongst these languages. Therefore, inarguably it further confirms that the Rohingya people were in Arakan before the advent of Arabs. Since that time in Arakanese Kingdoms and in their daily lives Rohingya language was used as official and mother tongue of Rohingya people.” 

Another historical evidence came from the research of the renowned European traveler Dr. Francis Buchanan (1762-1829 AD). In his major work “A Comparative Vocabulary of Some of the Languages Spoken in the Burma Empire” published in 1799, in the fifth volume of Asiatic Researches, is the book which provides one of the first major Western surveys of the languages of Burma. In his book, Arakan was mentioned as “Reng, Roung, Rossawn, Russawn, Rung” .It also stated that, “the native Mugs of Arakan called themselves ‘Yakin’, which name is also commonly given to them by the Burmese. The people of Pegu are named ‘Taling’. By the Bengal Hindus, at least by such of them as have been settled in Arakan, the country is called Rossawn. The Mahammedans who have long settled at Arakan call the country ‘Rovingaw’ and called themselves ‘Rooinga’ or native of Arakan. The Persians called it ‘Rkon’.”

Chauvinistically, Burmese President Thein Sein accused of Rohingya as illegal immigrants from neighboring Bangladesh and his hostile term for Rohingya is "Bengalee”. 

According to above dialectical chart, it is obvious that the Rohingya and the Bengalees are totally different in their languages. 

Quoting from British census, Charney says that in 1891 there were 126,586 Muslims in Arakan (most of whom were concentrated in Danra-Waddy, wherein sat the capital), comprising roughly 19% of the total population. This figure should not come as a surprise given the fact that in the 1830s, at least 30% of Arakan’s general population was Muslim. For the original number to increase to the 1891 number, only a growth rate of 2.24% was necessary. 

Recently, Burmese President Thein Sein has accused Rohingya for overpopulation in Arakan. The Rakhine Commission biased report which was released on 29th April 2013 has suggested the State to reduce the birth rate of Rohingya population. Following the commission’s report the Burmese government has immediately imposed a territorial Act “Two-Child” policy for Rohingyas in Maung Daw and Buthidaung on 17th May. The “Two-Child” policy is another strong evidence of gross human rights violation by Burmese government on Rohingyas. In fact today’s Rohingya population is merely 10 times more of 1891 census and government accusation of overpopulation is just a pretext to launch demographic warfare on Rohingya minority.

Let’s review briefly the past of the Arakan sovereign country before invaded by Burman king Maung Waing in 1784; re-named it as Rakhine state by Burman Islamophobic dictator in 1974; the main strategic purpose to change the name politically was only to suppress Rohingya. According to observation of analysts, geographers, prominent historians, well-known researchers and illustrious politicians, the main group who have ancestry-rights to claim, fundamentally, the most ancient indigenous people of Arakan territory is, mainly, Rohingya who are descendants of Indo-Aryans. The Rohingya people have their own distinguished racial appearance which is absolutely distinct if it is compared with the intruder Burmans and their settler Rakhines. Both the Burman and their sub-racial group Rakhine are fundamentally difference from Rohingya both racially and linguistically as like as the distant of sky and land i.e. hereby explained by a chart of the comparative vocabulary of the main two ethnic races and one sub-race:

Though, it is most likely similar between the dialect of Burman and Rakhines, yet, there are some more difference between dialect of them but, it is at all different from Rohingya dialect. 

Thence, let’s review the historic events of ancient inhabitants of Arakan which were inscribed by, in which dialect, either Burmans’ dialect or Rohingyas’ dialect? 

The stone inscription of Ananda Chandra at the end of 8th century is similar accurately to neither Burman nor Rakhine dialect but Rohingya dialect, thus, it undoubtedly verified that the existence of Rohingya into Arakan is since before 8th century.

Here, it is evidently differentiated the dialectical difference of Rohingya and Bengali as like as the distant of western country USA and eastern country China. 

Apparently, what a mockery it is! The falsely accusation of Burmese Islamophobic president Thein Sein against Rohingya as illegal immigrants, in his term, Bengali or Kalar though Rohingya are the most ancient native of western part of Burma. 

Since 1942 the Rohingya, who have been suffering discrimination though Rohingya are the most ancient residents of Arakan territory according to above authentic historical references. Following a book named Asiatic Researches of European traveler Buchanan which was put out in 1799, it is learnt that the Mohammedans, Rohingya themselves settled there since immemorial decades but the Mogh who are called by Burmans as Yakin said they were settled there by Burmans.

The Burmese colonialists stripped of Rohingya fundamental rights, finally, imposing a black Act, Citizenship Law in 1982 that eliminated the ethnic Rohingya from officially registered national census, accusal of Burmese xenophobic officials of Rohingya as illegal Bengali immigrants who were brought into Arakan by British in 1825. 

Again, in 1990 the head of military intelligence (MI) general Khin Yunt, chased all Rohingya quarters and arrested arbitrarily without any accusation of all Rohingya elites of respective fields including both theologians and politicians, however, it is too deplorable that most of the arrestees are not returned yet at home due to lively killed . In 1991, severely, made Operation of Accusation, forced to carry out the soldiers’ burdens on marching to the respective military camps inside mountains, and confined travelling, higher education, erecting religious buildings ,reproduction and marriage ,and suppressed oppressively . The martial rulers imposed double standard over the ethnic Rohingya strictly but the Rakhine Buddhist was superior and Rohingya was inferior in the same territory, Rakhine state. 

Massively, in 1991, Rohingya throughout the Rakhine state fled into Bangladesh ,India,Thailand,Malaysia and Middle east due to discrimination and incrimination. 

Amid the discrimination, it is to be too shocked the perpetual brutalities of militarist officials as below! 

Plunderingly, most Rohingya quarters have been raped, and they have to fled desperately into uncertain destinations and their quarters were massively settled of outsiders, mixed-blooded, half Burmans who are so depraved that they are most dangerous than the educated-untamed officials. i.e. the new settlers plunder at night and abusively treat with the ethnic Rohingya in day time. 

After 5 decades, repeatedly, since putting of more pressings from international government bodies and continuation of caustic reprehension from NGOs and INGOs; the dictator had to step down unwillingly in 2010. 

Deceptively, to escape from more sanctions of world veto countries, the junta dramatically elected a quasi-civilian government in 2011. 

Continuously, due to continual expression of deeply concerned of HRW, AI, UN, OIC, US, UK and ASEAN, over Rohingya plight crisis the genocidal civilianized president Thein Sein conspired with the chairman of RNDP vet. Aye Maung how to strip the Rohingya of the progression of democratic transition from military transition. 

Chauvinistically, Buddhist ultra-nationalists of all classes including politicians, activists and monks ; mainly, the genocidal Burmese government pre-planned how to diffuse riots to lead genocide gradually across the country against Muslims,in particular, Rohingya. 

Thence, since February2012 Rakhine racists collaborated with Burmese ethnocentric government put out Islamophobia magazines, spread anti-Rohingya leaflets and fixed anti-Rohingya mindsets to every Buddhist families and instigated racism of Buddhism of nationalism. 

Deliberately, the state-sponsored riots led by Rakhine extremist gang RNDP were initiated by the rape and murder of a young Buddhist woman, allegedly by three Muslim men and , in reciprocation, the state-sponsored mob slaughtered 10 Muslim pilgrims . 

Instantly, since June 2012 it triggered gradually throughout the Rakhine state and then the whole country. The gradual genocidal attack of Burman ultra-nationalists made tens of thousands of Rohingya distressed and it has been increasingly taking place famine in all Rohingya quarters of western Burma. 

Amid the continual riots, a militant Buddhist ultra-nationalist movement familiar by the emblem 969 built up for increasingly resurgent religious animosity. Its exoteric key-mentor is monk Wirathu from central Burma, Mandalay.

4. Secretly ordered to armed forces to shoot whenever Rohingya comes out from the burning down houses and to refrain from tackling the forcibly attacks of Rakhine terrorists. 

5. The falsely convicted victims, three Rohingya Muslims of falsified raped case of a Buddhist young woman were tortured and sentenced to death immediately without any postponement to further scrutiny. 

6. However, it is out of official sense to bring into justice the approximated 300 terrorists of the mob where 10 pilgrims were dead on the spot last year. 

7. Some atrocities which are continuously taking place by his sub-authorities to whom he empowered to willingly incriminate: Nasaka (border security forces) harass the people ceaselessly, threats of extremists to desperately flee to escape the lively killings, arbitrary arrest, forced Bengalization with physical threats, gangbang of immature and married women by Rakhine local terrorists and Nasaka, forcibly settlement of Bengali Rakhine in the quarters of Rohingya, incitements of Buddhist doctors officially to stop medical treatment of Rohingya patients, confinement of struggle to earn food, pillaging of any consumable goods by authorities once carrying from markets or forests, displaced people are sheltered overcrowded in camps but confined them by militaristic guards so-called security forces, mass graves, etc. 

8. Amongst the perpetrators of all classes, anyone of them is not yet charged of committed crimes respectively and the exoteric key-mentor of Islamophobia, monk Wirathu is more smartly and effectively going ahead with Islamophobic movement, racism of Buddhism of nationalism. 

9. Arbitrarily arrests, detain and torturing unto death demanding of a great deal of money, and imposing finally confinement of long term jails to those who are unable to afford money. 

10. The current ruling quasi-civillian party, USDP is silence while the 969 emblem of Islamophobic movement led by Burmese Buddhist terrorist leader, monk Wirathu, campaigns nation-wide against Muslim.

It is this intimidation, rather than formal permission for access [to the camps], that is the primary challenge,” he said in a statement.

As its fundamental motive is merely to accumulate falsified fact findings instead of genuine ones, he, president Thein Sein, postponed 4 times to issue the report, merely, the reason is to conceal the violence which occurred last year and which has been occurring perpetually. Though the violence occurred between Rakhine extremists and vulnerable Rohingya Muslims, any Rohingya elite did not appoint in that commission. The exclusion of Rohingya of that commission is fundamentally to report the investigation with their own desires. Finally, the mastermind of Rohingya genocide, president Thein Sein had to issue the report on 29th April 2013 due to repeated demands of international bodies but the fact findings of the report are absolutely biased and fallible as it was predicted by Rohingya intellectuals. 

14. Though the current situation of the displaced Rohingya is extremely worse, there is not any better attempt to rescue them from upcoming rainy season’s flood of June 2013. But it is reported in a Rakhine nationalist site named www.narinjara.com; for the Rakhines, there is already built new houses from government. 

Ethnocentrically, as the genocidal Burmese president Thein Sein is grew up with Hitlerism, he will never grant any better solutions for Rohingya. It will be president Thein Sein's positive attitude when he lifts up all confinements against Rohingya giving up such reiterative tricky assurances about Rohingya easily survival. In reality, he masterminded to accomplish hastily the Genocide against Rohingya as observed above.

Buthidaung: It is reported on midnight April 30, officials of Border Security Force (Nasaka) arrested five Rohingya without any allegation from Mostobis village, Thaygan Khwasone village tract, Buthidaung Township, Rakhine State. 

On midnight April 30, 10 Nasaka officers of Pho Nyo Leik based Nasaka camp entered to Mostobis village, Thaygan Khwasone village tract, Buthidaung Township and raided many houses. Afterwards, arrested five Rohingya without any allegation. 

1. Suleman S/o Mostobis, 65 years 

2. Ali S/o Abul Hussein, 58 years 

3. Rabi Ullah S/o Kalim Ullah, 20 years 

4. Salim Ullah S/o Saber Ahmed, 17 years 

5. Tufail S/o Oli Ahmed, 26 years 

After arrested, have beaten brutally and, in turn, demanded money to set free. However, it is learnt since they are unable to afford the money, eventually, they were taken away to the camp situated in Pho Nyo Leik. Thence, an Imam (Prayer leader) named Abdullah was also brutally beaten. 

A resident told to RB News that threatened all villagers i.e. told that remained more ones to be arrested and repeatedly, will be arrested. Therefore, villagers are dreading. Villagers are not dare to sleep at night and staying out of house s to be escaped. Even not being valued as animals, the arrestees are torturedly beaten. And demand money. As the arrestees are unable to afford the demanded amount, they will be prosecuted under any falsified Act and imprisoned. Mainly, pillaging detained people is like dacoit pillaging.

Perpetually, Since 1942, the state-sponsored genocide against Rohingya has been taking place in western Burma/Myanmar, in particular, Rohingya populous quarters. How extreme injustice it is –the Burmese Buddhist imperialist treat between Rohingya and Rakhine by double standard rules in one territory i.e. the Rakhine Buddhist are superior and the Rohingya Muslims are inferior like lord and slave. And also imposed restrictions from head to feet in every Rohingya areas. According to the authentic source of Arakan history, Rohingya are the oldest native people of northern Arakan and the Mogh today Rakhine are of the southern Arakan. After Arakan was invaded by chauvinist Burmese King Bowdaw Phaya in 1784, he and some Rakhine Buddhist extremists instigated Islamophobia to eradicate Islam. The Burmese perpetrators gradually stripped of all Rohingya rights. After five decades, since there are a lot of sanctions from UN over Myanmar dictatorship, Myanmarese imperialists dramatically elected a new democratic regime participation of MPs who are mostly with direct military uniform amongst higher rank and some are with civil dress in 2010. Amid the reform process goes ahead, the Burmese militarist regime chief,  president Thein Sein made conspiracies with Rakhine extremists to deport the entire Rohingya eliminating from democratic reforms. Its main motive is to consolidate the maneuver eternally to influence predominantly the state -Burma by militarist regime. 

In February 2012, a book titled –The occidental territory Magazine 1, in Burmese Passima RetHwang, in which it is evidently prescribed firmly to ethnocentrically protect the race and the country by Racism of Buddhism of Nationalism. Nevertheless, the mob attacked dragging down the pilgrims from bus, however, the police were watching standing while the mob was attacking because it was pre-planned by higher authorities how to trigger religious riots against Rohingya. Immediately arrested three innocent Rohingya convicting unjustly over the gang-rape issue. The militarist officials tortured inhumanely the three Muslims who were convicted falsely and one of them named Htet Htet was killed amid torturing but officially reported Htet Htet committed suicide. It is mockery – how it is possible to commit suicide where the interrogation hall is infamous in Burma and there is guarded surrounding by special security forces . 

According to observation of one in-country researcher over the report of post-mortem on Ma Thida Htwe, it is expressed no trace of rape over her murdered body. Meanwhile, the ministry deceptively expressed by fabricated report that she was heavily sexual assaulted before looted and murdered. Since the regime head, the foremost Chief-mentor of xenophobia, president Thein Sein deliberately diffused anti-Rohingya and anti-Islam propaganda across the country, it triggered genocide based on above mentioned dramatic gang-rape issue. Since June 2012, it deliberately happened one-sided violence i.e. genocide Rohingya across the Rakhine state which yielded terrible result such as casualties are high, buried in mass graves, more than one hundred thousands are internally displaced, many are missed, most Rohingya minor and aged women are raped inhumanely, children are slaughtered, Rohingya properties are completely ruined, and increased daily threats from Rakhine local extremists including Nasaka (Border guard force of western Burma) to flee desperately, etc. 

Once international media, government bodies, NGOs, INGOs, etc raised their deeply concerns against slaughtering and destruction, finally in September 2012 the pseudo reformist, genocidal Burmese president Thien Sein officially accused of Rohingya as illegal immigrants from neighboring Bangladesh, in his term Bengali instead of Rohingya, and proposed reportedly UNHCR chief Mr. Guterres to deport Rohingya into any third countries. It is disgusted to hear such discriminatory assertion from the head of a state! Later, it is going on atrocities much more times increasingly than ever on the vulnerable Rohingya by every classes of Buddhists of both officials and locals. 

Since the implementation of hidden genocide strategic planning by President Thein Sein with the advice of propaganda chief, his predecessor, former junta currently self-retired, Junta Than Shwe, is exposed evidently in front of the world bodies concerns, he, President Thein Sein asserted government will stop further violence aiming to pursue international trust over his brutal regime. Amid coming of more donations from Muslim countries vastly , he tactfully assured international bodies for better treatment on IDPs and also stressed he will open schools for Rohingya children so that Rohingya can become more social for survival easily by peaceful co-existence with Rakhine Buddhists. 

After some days UNHCR chief rejected the presidential proposal of deportation Rohingya. The regime amalgamated with Buddhist devilish monks and transferred them secretly the slaughter- burden strategic planning for Rohingya genocide. The terrorist Buddhist monks chief of central Burma, Mandalay region, monk Wirathu fixed Islamophobia mindset in every Buddhist families by the motto: “Protect the race and protect the religion Buddhism of Nationalism.” 

When Islamic countries condemned strongly over the genocidal strategic of Burmese regime against Rohingya, Burmese genocidal President Thein Sein willingly invited OIC chief to launch scrutiny in Rakhine state, western Burma. Deceptively to retract the invitation, he made alternatively nation-wide dramatic demonstration. Meanwhile, the Buddhist terrorists under leadership of Wirathu demonstrated across the state to be banned opening OIC branches in Sittwe, capital of Rakhine province and in Yangon. Absolutely most aid agencies for Rohingya are blocked and finally banned opening OIC branch. 

Currently, it is too terrible and deplorable that local Rakhine extremists, Buddhist monks, political party operatives and government officials organized themselves to permanently change the ethnic demographic of the state. Unjustly, he, president Thein Sein invited warmly Bengali-Rakhine families to be settled in the Rohingya areas, recently, forcing Rohingya to flee abroad. How a chronic liar is he-genocidal President Thein Sein! To conceal the Genocide on Rohingya, he, president Thein Sein, incited series of riots based on the riot in Rakhine State across the country i.e. Meikhtila (Central Burma) where about 18000 Muslims are displaced, Yangon, Bago, Irrawady, etc. 

Furthermore, the neo-Nazi movement with LOGO 969 led by monk Wirathu incited a fresh Islamophobic instigation across the country; however, Burmese regime is so quiet and watching staying behind how hastily it could be diminished Islamic followers. What is concealed at the bottom of dilly-dally to release report of violence in Rakhine while other report of riots in Yangon and LATPANDAUNG MINE PROJECT are released within hardly few days -- it is postponed 5 times to release the report of violence in Rohingya quarters, western Burma. Its key motive is to conceal and delete the actual fact findings concerned brutalities on the world most vulnerable Rohingya ethnic minority who are stripped of citizen rights since 1962.

Amid more criticism over inhumanely treatment on Rohingya community, in an interview by ABC Radio Australia the spokesperson of President’s office Ye Htut told Myanmar would not provide a better treatment for Rohingya. 

Eventually, it is focused critically over the Hocus-Pocus of genocidal Burmese president Thein Sein who has not yet implemented even one assertion concerned Rohingya plight crisis, it would be seen only series of crimes against humanity. Negatively, he implemented all his hocus-pocus i.e. all the religious buildings both schools and Mosques are locked up from concerned authorities in every Rohingya quarters instead of ‘’Opening schools for Rohingya children’’, restricted tightly more than ever for all sides including going out for earning food, banned medical treatment for Rohingya, stopped distribution of emergency drugs for serious patients, and seriously famine goes over Rohingya society in most Rohingya quarters which are situated nearby army camps, security forces camps, police camps and border guard camps, etc. Nowadays Burmese government is silent on gang-bang i.e. many Rohingya married women and virgins are kept detained inside military camps as sex-slaves who are inhumanely sexual assaulted by many soldiers. 

Additionally, it is increasingly going on Bengalization formula, in particular, named ‘’computerized finger-print operation’’ against Rohingya peculiarly in Maungdaw, Buthidaung, Rathedaung and Sittwe. Rohingya are threatened and tortured to acknowledge themselves as Bengali ancestry instead of Rohingya ancestry. According to local witnessed, the operation is imposed by the neo-Nazi Buddhism of Nationalism movement with 969 logo which key attempt is A. only to build up the land, Burma as Buddhist land B. also to keep the Rohingya in overcrowded camps until any third country welcome. 

Forcibly, if global institutions of all sorts , do not make Genocidal Burmese president Thein Sein postpone his hocus-pocus on Rohingya crisis, he will eternally dilly-dally to fulfill international demands over the Rohingya plight crisis. Militaristically, he, genocidal President of Burma Thein Sein, is a chronic player how to deceive people around the world with both diplomacy and violence.

Mrauk-U: It is learnt that five Rohingya hailed from Paung Doak village tract of Mrauk-U Township, are alleged falsely and arrested forcibly. And it is also observed nowadays that the media itself untruthfully diffuse propaganda against the arrestees writing without any consideration justly . 

The detail of occurrence is: around five half past o’clock in the early morning of 14th April, the 7 villagers hailed from Paung Doak village went to an owned betel farm which is located near Buddhist Rakhine village and plucked betel leaves. On that time, Rakhines surrounded crowding them and arrested violently accusing that they plucked betel leaves from the Rakhine owned farms. Amongst the 7 Rohingya, 2 were fled seeing the coming of Rakhine gangsters and the rest five have been beaten severely. It is also learnt over six o’clock on that morning they were handed over in police station After beating so as that. 

Though the arrestees were sent as above on false allegation at police station, since 14th April media diffuse propaganda relevant to above dramatic issue untruthfully as such that they were caught due to reached in Rakhine village to set fire on. 

It has been perpetually occurring brutalities on Rohingya from both government officials and Rakhine extremists according to their statement as below: 

"We have been coming encountering such oppression suppressively with many strategic planning since many times ago. we are beaten severely when we meet soldiers on the way wherever we go for shopping. Also we are beaten whenever we meet unexpectedly with Rakhine groups.The goods which brought from shops are forcibly taken away by soldiers. And nowadays it is increasingly going on arresting on false allegation in the villages. We can even rely on none of concerned authorities because they more persecute inhumanely us using official power. Apparently, one resident told to RB News that The main motive of media to diffuse such propaganda untruthfully against us is merely to instigate more hatred upon us." 

The five arrestees on false allegation unjustly are : 

1. Saber Ahmed s/o Siddique, 40 

2. Abdul Karim s/o Amir Hussein, 31 

3. Shwe Maung s/o Abdul Malik, 18 

4. Aung Shay s/o Sham Shu, 25 

5. Yunus s/o Yusuf, 21

Kyauktaw: It is informed that in April 14, a villager was shot dead and three were injured from Taung Htaung village, Kyauktaw Township. 

The detail of the occurrence is that about twenty Rohingya from Taung Htaung village belong to Kyauktaw Township went to a nearby forest to cut bamboo on midday of April 14 around 2pm. Suddenly, one villager was shot dead instantly on the spot and three were injured inside that forest. 

It is learnt from those who came home alive getting away that the shooter was known absolutely since out of sight. It is also firmly learnt Rakhine extremists hide out nearby Forest of Kyauktaw Township last February according to the statement of eye-witness. The residents considered strongly that the current shot is, in reality, either from the government forces or Rakhine extremists. 

Amid the shot, the one who has lost life is Zafar Ahmed s/o Hussain, 35 years aged. The injured three are: 

1. Omar Ali s/o Dil Mohammed, 45 

2. Karlu s/o Sultan Ahmed, 45 

3. Mohammed Hussein s/o Ahmed Sabi, 20 

When complained at concerned authority and police after the occurrence, the police autopsied the dead body in the hospital and ordered to bury without reporting any result. Eventually, it is learnt that none of the concerned authorities find the shooters yet.

On 6th April 2013, today it is reliably informed by a phone call of one villager hails from Taungbazar belong to upper part of Buthidaung Township in western Burma as follows. 

Yesterday, Border Immigration (Nasaka) personnel named Captain Win Hlaing Oo from BI Sector No. 9, located in northern Taungbazar Joint, called only Rohingya villagers in a tea-shop of the market; threatened waving hands holding long knifes wrathfully and finally forced abusively many villagers to acknowledge themselves as Bengali signing with computerized figure-print. 

Once villagers refused to sign in the census papers, the Captain himself has beaten brutally to many villagers. Hardly few signed unwillingly and fearfully to escape beating brutally. Again, once the villagers mostly refused to acknowledge as Bengali and boldly claimed themselves as Rohingya, the BI personnel forcibly scrutinize entering every houses there. 

Meanwhile, most of the villagers flee home and hide in forest to escape the brutalities of BI personnel. When they met that head of family, male is absent, the BI personnel try to forcibly assault women. Though today Saturday is the shopping day of that market, even about 50 villagers did not go for shopping. The main reason to avoid going for shopping is only to escape the brutal beating of BI personnel. 

A villager named Anwar, son-of former private cigarette company Abdu Shokkor fled to escape the brutal beating which is a fresh atrocity initiated by the deputy- chief of Border Immigration Sector No. 9. 

One village Administrator named Esahaq, son of Muzer hailed from Kyeenockthie quarter was forcibly singed with finger-print as Bengali. He is in dire situation and now he is likely a chronic patient of heart disease. He is regretting that my life is ruined absolutely to unwillingly acknowledge as Bengali due to the forcibly beating and inhumanely insulting. 

Eventually, all the Rohingyas determined to refuse the forcibly Bengalization strategic planning of current military backed regime of President Thein Sein. But most are dreading that they will be killed alive at last when they would speak out altogether against Bengalization. 

In accordance with the evident historical records, Rohingya face discrimination from the Buddhist majority imperialist group since 1962. Amid the reform-term of so called president Thein Sein, Rohingya are killed, missed, displaced more times than ever. Since the initiation of the central government sponsored violence on minority Rohingya Muslims in the last year June, it is so increasingly going on numerous atrocities on Rohingya. This attempt to Bengalize Rohingya is the eventual path to accomplish Rohingya genocide.

Since February numerous leaflets are circulated consisting of instigating Islamophobia sermons by prominent Buddhist monks led by Wirathu around the country. But the main backed string holder is the regime itself so the concerned authorities are deaf, dumb and blind to control the monk terrorist gangs by upper command. 

Due to social and political activists of internal and international are gladly out of concern to such prior stimulation papers against Muslims, the violence sponsored from Naypyidaw, capital of Myanmar perpetually taking place since June 2012 is now gradually infecting to every Muslim quarters. On 18th February 2013 in Thaketa from Yangon region, it happened cruelly a religious attack on Muslim by Buddhist monks which made a great loss for Muslim including properties and religious buildings. Again, on 19th March 2013 in Meikhtila from central Burma of Mandalay division, a crowd of Buddhists extremists with monks terrified inhumanely and completely destroyed Muslim shops worth of huge cost, burnt down houses, killed, and set fire to mosques which are proof for Muslim existence in there since many decades ago. 

“There are taking place perpetually hidden genocide against Rohingya by various methods such as: banned access of international journalists and aid agency, restricted travelling, starvation,ill-treatment by both local Rakhine extremists and government officials, gang bang to even immature virgins, looting, threats to desperately flee giving up homes,arbitrary arrest, torturing until dead,set fire to houses and religious buildings ,locked up all religious buildings,banned religious functions, forcefully converting from Rohingya to Bengali, etc. The regime eventually created another utmost enormous annihilation for Rohingya is completely changing the demography of Arakan/Rakhine, western Myanmar by placing new Bengali Rakhine from Bangladesh in Rohingya quarters.” 

“It is terribly horrible that the president and his collaborator RNDP head vet. Aye Maung with some NLD prominent members are Chasing Muslims from every corners of the country like filtering out dust from atomic sized particle by putting ahead some Buddhist terrorists led by devilish monk chief  Wirathu. After accomplishment of depopulation to Muslims fundamentally Rohingya, then the regime will eventually implement their prime strategies of perpetual hostility against Rohingya i.e. last edge of genocide and would tie the knot of eradication Rohingya so tightly so that the term Rohingya and Islam could not appear again on the land, Arakan and Myanmar.” 

“Rohingya are intolerantly victimized since many decades because Rohingya are vulnerable and are impoverished by government from every side brutally.” 

“The more the increasing of warmly invitation by super powers of western and European countries to such a pseudo reformist, immoral president, a killer, aptitude-les and so called president Then Sein; the more the restrictions are imposed, and the more the strategic plan of atrocities are increasingly implemented by creating fresh religious riot day by day.’’ 

Is it crime or absurdity of Myanmar president Thein Sein who does not control willingly this kinds of increasing oppression and religious riots on Muslim society who are minority and vulnerable? 

Woefully, UN special envoy Mr  Quintana and Mitchell, the US ambassador in Myanmar also expressed respectively regarding internal Rohingya, “It is more like prisons’’ and “Rohingya camps are far less developed”. 

It is really miserable that U Ye Htut, Myanmar's Deputy Information Minister and spokesman for President Thein Sein said that they will not provide any better improved treatment or granted citizenship to Rohingya in this running time. In fact, he deceptively answered the interrogations in an interview on ABC Australia Network News in 19th March 2013. Therefore, it is a perfect time to pass a particular, sustainable resolution for the vulnerable Rohingya immediately to escape from further continual genocide of Myanmar government and to charge by ICC due penalty to the killer Thein Sein and his culprits for disobeying such a peace established law passed by united nations, ‘The Declaration of Universal Human Rights’. That means – he insults all the democrats of this earth planet. 

A final plea to international community including both government and INGOs regardless of faith,race,standard to make globally concentrated efforts without further delay and to look at Rohingya with a merciful eye amid stateless; we are almost to be drowned at the bottom of sea. Humanitarian crisis is dancing over Rohingya heads beating drum of starvation but nobody look for us to extinguish our starvation. We are the one of the most persecuted victims ever on this planet and are the least wanted people in this world reported by AI and UN- save the Rohingya please! Save the Rohingya please!

“A plea to world inhabitants to rescue Rohingya from the lively killings of Rakhine extremists” 

According to ‘The Declaration of Universal Human Rights’, we learnt that every human kind has the right to claim about his/her own identity as their ancestry. It is a major crime to force somebody to acknowledge wrongly about his/her identity. In accordance with, the analysis on the “History of Arakan and her people” we meet with the two main indigenous races namely: the Mohammedans, Rohingya from northern Arakan and the Mogh, Rakhine in the southern part but it is so disgraceful today that the intruders Myanmarese led by late Burmese King Bowdawphaya captured the sovereign power of the Arakan territory since 1784 AD, changed mostly the ancient names of Arakan properties such as temples, shrines, mosques, streets, rivers, etc and eventually deny officially the existence of Rohingya . 

Since 1784 the sovereign Rakhine territory, formerly Arakan was hit by devilish storm of colonization repeatedly until today. According to reliable geographical and historical backgrounds, the Rohingya people have been living fundamentally and centrally in western part of Myanmar, northern Rakhine state mainly in Buthidaung, Maungdaw, western part of Rathedaung, Sittwe Townships massively and also there are some living scattered around the whole country Myanmar. The Rohingya is one of the distinguished races of Myanmar with own ancient tradition, celebrated culture, popular heritage, rich grammatical language, glorious religion, unique fashion, typical uniform and surprisingly distinction from other races because they protect strictly from eradication their ethnic race by others both politically and racially. If we focus watchfully throughout the Myanmar most of the ethnic races could not saved themselves from the brutality of dominant group, majority Myanmarese and mostly the Myanmarese made transformed into Myanmarese by forcibly marriage to non-Myanmarese only aiming to rebuild chauvinistically the country with only one race --- Myanmarese. 

Apparently, it is in fact, injustice to rule perpetually the whole state with double standard according to the circumstances of respective territories by racially differentiation. Mostly in ethnic minorities areas it is being perpetuated the racially differentiation even with national registration card: i.e. first step. For Mon, Mon + Burma, after some years later, as second step, put only Burma after Mon deleting; with such strategic planning the Myanmarese already built up the whole country with only one race Myanmarese. If we see watchfully throughout the state from top to bottom in all kinds of official posts, only meet with one race Myanmarese in any higher ranks and the rest ethnic races perceive desperately flavor of lower class posts. 

To perceive and become purity from the accusation created by Myanmar chauvinists and Rakhine racists against Rohingya it is extremely necessary for perfect explanation about the term Rohingya so here by it is highlighted briefly with illustration of rooted evidence from an authentic primary source; evidently it is recorded the existence of Rohingya in to Arakan by European Historian in 1799 as such: Francis Buchanan, “A Comparative Vocabulary of Some of the Languages Spoken in the Burma Empire”. And it is the first historical document mentioning the Rooinga, today’s Rohingya without any corruption. And later Rohingya is officially announced from parliamentary government of prime minister U Nu in 1951 and later in 1954 the president U Ba Swe also said that the Rohingya are a race like other races in Burma and have equal rights. Rohingya are allowed to broadcast radio programs in Rohingya language, currently Rohingyalish by this systematical schedule: from 15 May 1961 to 1 October 1965. 

Unfortunately, the devilish mentor, world worst dictator general Ne Win violently deprived the full citizenship rights imposing a discriminatory law, Act 1982 citizenship which affected mainly and fundamentally to Rohingya . Since his dictatorship, he clearly cleansed up preferring racism of Buddhism most of Rohingya brilliant students, illustrious religious scholars, experienced politicians including writers and national singers. 

Furthermore, there is imposed restrictions for higher education, marriage, population growing rate, domestic and international travelling, religious functions, communication, transportation, traditional ceremonies, politics, health, living standard, etc. Later since 1990, instigated racism chauvinistically to Buddhist officials gradually and at last in 2012 every Buddhists families are put mindset of racism of Buddhism by one of Buddhist monk chiefs Virathu from Mandalay region,central Burma directly sponsored from president Thein Sein. Thein Sein was a former military high rank officer and later become civilianized president of Myanmar in 2010 .it is to be described with great anxiety that he implements all the rest procedure to eradicate ethnic minorities mainly Rohingya that remained during the dictatorship of his predecessor senior general Than Shwe. 

While democratic reforms are gradually adopted forward, only aiming to eliminate the Rohingya from feeling of taste of flavor of democracy the regime chief boldly took the multiple- sword: slaughtering innocent people of Rohingya. On 8th June 2012, the deliberately happened collision was created with severe preparation mainly containing modern weapons, in which, attempted to completely genocide the entire Rohingya for the last time ever. The most wicked and the most powerful organizer of that genocide was President Thein Sein. Due to suddenly approaching misfortune unto them, their criminally formed stragical plan of Rohingya genocide was became miscarriage and at once he, president Thein Sein proposed immorally and impudently disobeying the democratic rules in last July 11 to UNHCR chief Mr. Gueteress to congregate the Rohingya building a camp as temporary shelter until any third country simply welcomes. 

Again, through resumption of the perpetration Genocide against Rohingya in last October, to implement the conspiracy for eradication Rohingya, the Buddhists extremists and regime of president thein Sein with RNDP victimized the whole Rakhine state only strictly Rohingya and become IDPs more times than the first time over crowded. And ceased external-shooting dramatically to show international communities that the regime itself restoring peace and harmony within Rakhine and Rohingya but alternatively they long breathed it i.e. sophisticated preparation for finally onetime diminish plan.
